Aussie Top 3 - Episode 18: Worst Ever Factions
Welcome to AT3 on The Steel Cage, where our Down Under contingent fights off the Drop Bears to discuss their Top 3 of a variety of wrestling topics. Sometimes a wrestling faction can create new, main event stars. Sometimes, they unite unusual characters into unique, exciting alliances. And sometimes... they suck. As AT3 turns 18, we threw some shade at some of the worst stables and factions wrestling has ever seen, and then some. So, avoid the Misfits, sidestep the Posse and make sure you don't have that certain... X-Factor. Or we'll see you Down Under. Hosted by: ‘Captain Boomerang’ Greig Tansley (@GreigT13). Featuring: ‘Little Sherbie’ Stacey Herbert (@littlesherbie) & ‘Stinga’ Steve Wray (@stinga57). Music courtesy of Purple Planet.

UNT 116: Godzilla Vs Kong
We pull out all the stops as we react to the climax of the cinematic MonsterVerse: Godzilla Vs Kong! In the mighty tradition of Alien Vs Predator, Freddy Vs Jason and of course... Batman V Superman, comes the tip-touching titans that will not stop, no matter how much splash-back is involved. If that last sentence doesn't make any sense to you, check out our latest slugfest of an episode, before this movie gets a sequel, and we all move to Canadia! Hosted by: 'Captain of the Monsters' Greig Tansley (@GreigT13). Featuring: 'SuperJew' Jared Robinovitz (@superjew75), 'Mayor of Hollow Earth' Derek Montilla (@Cap_Kaveman) & 'Looks Good in a Tank-Top' Mike DiPasquale (@maplesyrupdick). Music by: Was (Not Was) & ABBA.

DATES 126: Oatmeal Cream Pie Cereal
This week on the DATEScast, Derek is rich now and Tim refuses to be funny, so the end of the podcast is imminent. But before they wrap things up forever, they want to make sure to rate every cereal they can because, as everyone knows, cereal is a snack, Craig. Our snackologists are ready to do their job (well, Tim is, Derek is rich so he doesn't care) and PER this week's snack, Little Debbie Oatmeal Cream Pie Cereal.   Featuring: Derek Montilla (@cap_kaveman) & Tim Agne (@timagne) Music by: Polly Hall & Andrew Barkan & Jack Harlow (@jackharlow) Inspired by: Mike and Tom Eat Snacks

TSC 439: Wrestlemania Week
Wrestlemania 37 is here, and, in the words of the Macho Man GIF, "you may not like it...but accept it". WWE takes over the entire first week of April with all things WWE, but this time with crowds. And maybe some COVID, so please stay safe! If you are one of the absolute safe ones staying home, pull out your big ol' Peacock and enjoy "The Grandaddy of Them All"! NXT Stand & Deliver will do exactly that and deliver a great show, but Wrestlemania 37 has the potential to also have some great matches. Was the build for most of the biggest show of the year compelling? Not really, but we are hoping we can see past the lackluster storylines and enjoy the pro graps Mania has to offer. Featuring: 'The Mayor of Reseda' Derek (@cap_kaveman), 'The NeoEcks' David Valencia (@theneoecks), and 'Uncle Beek' Jeremey (@jaimsvanderbeek) Music by The Black Furies, courtesy of Music Alley Be sure to visit TheSteelCageShop.com and support Uncle Beek over at Pentagonzo.com!

CJAE 116: Parties For NOBODY!
This week, Captain Jack (@JackHeartless) welcomes Alamo Drafthouse’s resident action movie expert Lauren Knight (@ThatMovieIsFine) back to the show! The main topic of discussion is the separate premieres they attended for the new Bob Odenkirk film NOBODY. Join them as they answer the burning questions: how do premieres happen during a pandemic? What’s it like to drive through the empty Universal Studios Backlot? How does Christopher Lloyd still kick so much ass? And most importantly…does this tie back to JOHN WICK?! Closing theme by Del the Funky Homosapien (@DelHIERO).

438: Surf Sex Shop
It is the calm before the storm in WWE. While a lot of matches have been announced for WrestleMania, we can’t seem to wrap our heads around the card. Don’t get us wrong.. We are excited for at least a couple of matches, but there’s something that just isn’t sitting right with us… brother. We’ll get into that, and a whole lot more. No matter what happens, there’s a lot happening in pro wrestling over the next couple of weeks. Hopefully, this will be the final (mostly) virtual Mania week we’ll ever have to endure. We truly miss running amok in the host city with all of y’all! MWTM 68: Dan St. Germain
On this edition of Minutes with the Mayor, Derek is joined by comedian and podcaster Dan St. Germain from the Wrestle Roasts podcast. You may have seen Dan being funny in numerous places, including his own Comedy Central Half Hour Special, or his stand up appearances on Conan, The Tonight Show, Best Week Ever, Not Safe with Nikki Glaser, or a bunch of other places where you can see Dan tell jokes. But today we’re talking about Wrestle Roasts, a hilarious podcast comprised of some of the funniest people in the IWC doing exactly that…roasting wrestlers. The group consists of Dan, Mike Lawrence, Scott Chaplin, and the man behind the WWE Creative Humor Twitter account Robert Karpeles. Their latest victims to be honored are the Hardy Boyz, with the Roast of Hulk Hogan on the horizon. You can check out all of their shows at patreon.com/wrestleroasts. UNT 115: Zack Snyder's Justice League
It's finally here. After four years and one really annoying hashtag, DC, Warner Bros. and HBO released the Snyder Cut, now forever known as Zack Snyder's Justice League. A (four hour) movie we thought we'd never see. But is it any good? For this 'Agne Cut' of a movie we've already reviewed, we formed a League of our own when Tim, Jared and Greig sat down with Aussie Top 3's Stacey, Mike from Mike Seibert Radio and Melissa from We Binge On Crime to discuss not only the changes, additions and improvements that Zack Snyder restored in his vision, but how this version of the film came into existence in the first place. Aspect ratios, deleted scenes, reshoots and of course, reach around jokes... it's all here. So slip on your black suit and get comfortable, then check out Episode 115 of Unfunny Nerd Tangent. We promise it's shorter than the movie. (Just.) Hosted by: 'Granny Goodness' Tim Agne (@timagne). Featuring: 'Captain Boomerang' Greig Tansley (@GreigT13), 'SuperJew' Jared Robinovitz (@Superjew75), 'Little Sherbie' Stacey Herbert (@littlesherbie) and Mike Seibert from Mike Seibert Radio (@MikeSibertRadio). Special Guest: Melissa Prioleau from We Binge On Crime (@HolyBatgirl). Music by: Tom Holkenborg.

MMP 195: Lights Out
NXT can be summed up in one word... WALTER! And thank goodness! There was a recent COVID outbreak at the NXT Performance Center, and we wish everyone a speedy recovery. But WALTER is the saving grace for the NXT show, and the coup de gras was Finn vs Karrion Kross announced for NXT Stand and Deliver. Mania week is developing very nicely. AEW just gave us a FREE PPV on TV. FOR FREE!!! From start to finish, the St. Patricks Day Slam did not disappoint, but the main event, Unsanctioned Lights Out Match, was/is the bloodiest hard-core battle in the history of American televised wrestling! All the respect, love and gratitude to both these warriors. Thank you! Mat Manics please share your Put Overs on social media. 437: Lumpy Pay-Per-Views
Wednesday night is Women’s Night! Thank you to Thunder Rosa and Dr. Britt Baker for the (deep breath, this is a mouthful) Unsanctioned Anything Goes Lights Out Match (phew) that headlined AEW’s St. Patrick’s Day Slam on AEW Dynamite. It was a match that will undoubtedly live on as a standout in wrestling history. The whole show, though, was packed from start to finish with excellent wrestling action AND storyline progression. It really seems as if AEW is the (current) winner of the Wednesday Night War. Meanwhile, on WWE programming.. WrestleMania matches are being announced right and left! But let’s pump the brakes a bit. We’ve got WWE Fastlane this Sunday! In this podcast, we make a point to break down the card, talk about potential winners, and well.. gripe about why Andrade STILL isn’t being featured. All this, and much more! Be sure to share your #WinnerOfTheWeek with us on all of social media! Featuring: ‘The Mayor of Reseda’ Derek (@cap_kaveman), ‘The NeoEcks’ David Valencia (@theneoecks), and ‘Uncle Beek’ Jeremey (@jaimsvanderbeek) Music by The Black Furies, courtesy of Music Alley Be sure to visit TheSteelCageShop.com and support Uncle Beek over at Pentagonzo.com!

Aussie Top 3 - Episode 17: Tag Teams
Welcome to AT3 on The Steel Cage, where our Down Under contingent fights off the Drop Bears to discuss their Top 3 of a variety of wrestling topics. Tag Teams come in many forms, and some obviously work better than others. Whether it's two main event level talents, a well-trained pair of brothers or just two guys who had nothing better to do; wrestling slaps them together and calls them a team. And so did we. They come in all shapes and sizes, all colors and creeds, so make sure you're on the same page and check out Aussie Top 3. We'll see you Down Under. Hosted by: ‘Captain Boomerang’ Greig Tansley (@GreigT13). Featuring: ‘Little Sherbie’ Stacey Herbert (@littlesherbie) & ‘Stinga’ Steve Wray (@stinga57). Music courtesy of Purple Planet.

435: ¡Revolución!
Hello and welcome to Monday Night Hurt Business! And brother, business is a-booming! Congrats to Bob Lashley and really the entire Hurt Business, they are holding all the gold, but for how long? The Revolution was televised, and everyone will remember the end. It sucks that people are going to really hang on the ‘botch’ because this was the first time a lot of American wrestling fans experienced an exploding barbed wire deathmatch. The bar was set in the middle. Let’s see another one. The Revolution PPV was one that introduced a lot of new talent, personalities, and matches to the fans. We can appreciate that. We hope to see more development and growth. But let’s be honest, give us more Maki Itoh. Featuring: ‘The Mayor of Reseda’ Derek (@cap_kaveman), ‘The NeoEcks’ David Valencia (@theneoecks), & Joshua Schlag (@schlizzag), and ‘Uncle Beek’ Jeremey (@jaimsvanderbeek) Music by The Black Furies, courtesy of Music Alley

UNT 114: WandaVision
What is UNT if not podcasting persevering? That’s right, we watched WandaVision (and so did you) so we put together an Avengers-level crossover to talk about it. What did the MCU do for their first ever television series? Did they play it safe? Give us a bunch of comic book splash page images, or bring in a bunch of big-name supervillains like Magneto, Doctor Doom or, wait for it… Mephisto? Despite the rumors, not really. But what they did do was deliver an outstanding take on depression, loss and grief with that magic Marvel touch, so you better believe we reviewed it in all its Hex-altered glory. Mega Ran and Rok from the MatMania Podcast returned to our show to talk all about Westview, Wanda (and funnily enough, Vision), not to mention that X-Men appearance and of course – The Scarlet Witch. It may have been ‘Agatha All Along’, but this episode is truly magic, so check it out before we all get blipped again. Thick overcoats optional. Hosted by: ‘The other comic book Harkness', 'Captain Boomerang’ Greig Tansley (@GreigT13). Featuring: ‘SuperJew’ Jared Robinovitz (@SuperJew75), 'No Coats Necessary' Tim Agne (@timagne) & 'Mayor of Westview' Derek Montilla (@cap_kaveman). Special Guests: Mega Ran (@MegaRan) & Rok (@Roknowledge) from the MatMania Podcast (@MatManiaPodcast). Music by: Classic TV & Kristen Anderson-Lopez & Robert Lopez / Leland Philpot.

DATES 124: Snickers Peanut Brownie Squares
This week on the DATESCAST, Tim and Derek prepare to be cancelled. They also discuss how hard it is to support brands that do terrible things. Like when Snickers makes a brownie. That's a spoiler. This week, our dynamic duo is picking, eating, and rating Snickers Peanut Brownie Squares. We know...the peanut is redundant.  Featuring: Derek Montilla (@cap_kaveman) & Tim Agne (@timagne) Music by: Polly Hall & Andrew Barkan & The Rolling Stones Inspired by: Mike and Tom Eat Snacks

DATES 125: Grits & M&Ms
This week on the DATESCAST, they're doing it. They're actually doing it. This week, thanks to a line uttered by WWE wrestler AJ Styles like some sort of open challenge, the guys are picking, eating, and rating the combination of Grits and M&Ms. Yes, I'm serious. Aussie Top 3 - Episode 16: Underdogs
Welcome to AT3 on The Steel Cage, where our Down Under contingent fights off the Drop Bears to discuss their Top 3 of a variety of wrestling topics. Nothing garners crowd support better than a good underdog, so for our Sweet 16, we welcome IPW Australia's greatest underdog, Bodhi Jackson to help discuss wrestlers, storylines and even promotions that succeeded when the universe said they shouldn't have. So don't let the world tell you you're too small, or too old, or it's 'boys only'... check out the latest episode of At3. We'll see you Down Under. Hosted by: ‘Captain Boomerang’ Greig Tansley (@GreigT13). Featuring: ‘Little Sherbie’ Stacey Herbert (@littlesherbie) & ‘Stinga’ Steve Wray (@stinga57). Special Guest: Former IPW Australia Heavyweight Champion, Bodhi Jackson (@bodhi.jackson.wrestler). Music courtesy of Purple Planet.
