Despite being a millennial, who are stereotypically comfortable job hoping and trying something new, Justin told us it was "it was a really difficult decision to join Perkuto in the first place". He had a (perhaps unjustified) impression that employment at an agency would be rough, with little concern for work-life balance. But he now advises that even consulting for a few years is hugely beneficial because when you do go back inhouse, you will be armed with a skillset that is much bigger than you started.
