5 Tips to help attract fans on Instagram
Hello everyone, in today's podcast we will be discussing some tips to help grow your Instagram account. I've started to use these tactics and have seen a growth of about 1 to 3 follows a day. While that may seem like a little, these followers are people who truly find my account interesting and engage with me on a consistent basis. Here are the 5 main tips we will go over : •15 sec cover songs high quality •shareable photos (even if it's food) •hashtags •like, comment and follow •Instagram bio The main thing we have to remember is unlike other companies, we are the brand. We must always be engaging, friendly, and most importantly true to who we are. If you do this the people who encounter you will be true followers because they will like you for who you are and not for what you pretend to be. *And remember with all of these tips it will take time which is why it's important to focus on one or two social platforms instead of all. Be Blessed, Eliseo

Welcome to the Social Music 101 Podcast!
So I decided to do what I'm good at, which is talking. (And I may not even be that good at that either.) A little background of myself and why I started Social Music 101. It's safe to say music has been in my blood since I was 6 years old, hence the website banner. And although the style of music I create may have changed, the passion still burns hot. Now life brings us different road maps and we choose which ones to take. I'm happily married with two kids, but unfortunately or maybe fortunately, these responsibilities have hindered me from packing my guitar and driving anywhere I can play. That is why I started Social Music 101, so that I could hopefully help any other musicians who are not able to tour. I will tell you what has and has not worked for me. Consider me a test subject of sorts. Okay, I'll stop typing now and let you hear the first episode of the Social Music 101 podcast! Stay Rock & Roll, Eliseo.
