On this first episode of The SHIELD, we jump right into the NFL headlines of the day. There will be changing of the guard on FOX Sports NFL Broadcasts in 2014. Fox has apparently replaced longtime sideline reporter Pam Oliver with Dancing with the Stars Erin Andrews. I also tackle the Tony Dungy/Michael Sam issue.
