Hey everyone! Here I am talking about my fitness routine/program over the last 3 years. Specifically, I am discussing my decision to go on a bulk and what progress I have made so far before going on a cut.

Here I talk about the Russia-Ukraine geopolitical situation, how I reacted, how my US friends reacted, and how my Russian friends reacted. Do not take my words and thoughts as facts. They are simply my personal beliefs or ideas I came to acknowledge and side with.

Hi everyone. I had a university project last semester that ended up being greater than I expected it to be. This is a retelling of Charles Perrault's "Bluebeard" I recommend you read the original story before listening to this episode. The story is around 6 pages long so it shouldn't take more than 20 minutes if you are slow-reading. So I thought I would share it with you all. Sound effects and background music are not mine. The third episode of "Heavy words to lighten you up"

The second episode of "Heavy words to lighten you up" B - Balance Try. Experience. Evolve. Seize the day.

This is the first of many episodes that will be coming out on a weekly basis. These episodes are a part of my project called "Heavy words to lighten you up" I will be sharing one word each week in alphabetical order. I will talk about the official definition, given by Google, as well as my own interpretation of the word.  The first part is always scripted and takes about 5-10 minutes. This part is also the one I am uploading on YouTube. The second part is me covering my personal experience in which I have used or thought of the word. Basically - examples that can be described by the word. I really hope you will enjoy listening and participating in this new project as much as I enjoy creating content for it!
