The New Year has already started and that means a first podcast for 2017. We open up a little more than usual and let out our sense of humor and we talk about the things that we have learned in 2016 and what we wish to accomplish in the coming year.

We took a trip out to Arizona to meet up with a longtime friend Aaron Brooks. Drafted in 2011 by the Kansas City Royals, Aaron has grown his way through the minor leagues and now sits on the 40 man roster of the Chicago Cubs a few months away from spring training. He has been able to continue to stay positive through the ups and downs of baseball, and has put in a lot of hard work to get to where he is. Still having a lot of work ahead of him Aaron is ready for the challenge ahead. We discuss finding your mechanism to stay focused and keeping positive when you're having a bad day.
