016 | Knowing Versus Doing - The Reason You're Stuck
One of my biggest discoveries since starting my self mastery journey is the fact that 'knowing' and 'doing' are on two different playing fields. Everyone knows some very smart people who just can't seem to get their life together. While at the same time, we know those who aren't as intelligent but are just killing it at life. The key difference is understanding how just knowing is not the same as doing.

015 | Gratitude Can Change Your Life... But How Do You Start?
We're good at giving gratitude and expressing it through our actions towards other people. But doing it for ourself, internally, is a different story and can be a scary place. I get it! I've been there... Here's what I've discovered since I started seeking gratitude within myself.

014 | Your "Why" Is More Important Than "How"
In reflecting back to where I started on my self mastery journey, I realized something I was lacking personally was a "why"... Essentially I didn't have a defined purpose as to why these changes were important for me other than the fact that yes, it would bring positive impact into my life. But with knowing your "why" comes resilience and accountability... Because your purpose will be the reason you give yourself to keep going with this habit or routine even if it becomes inconvenient for you. Otherwise, you'll be reactionary to whatever pops into your life and end up ditching the habits or routines that you're developing.

008 | Embracing Our Vulnerabilities To Live Our Best Life
Let's be real for a second. You and I both have our own vulnerabilities, they're what makes us different and unique. But for too long and too often, we build a wall around yourselves that hides our vulnerabilities from others. We're fronting to please others or to avoid confrontation of our problems. Simply put, we're not being our authentic selves. But watch what happens when you let down your guard, even just a little. I dive into that in this episode.

Join me on this episode and I'll give you my tried and true methods of making this happen for you.

006 | Deconstructing Meditation for Beginners and Skeptics w/ Stephanie Kersta & Carolyn Plater
Meditation has been something that I've dabbled into but never full immersed myself deep enough to achieve its proven benefits. You may have certain misconceptions about what meditation really is about and the way that you have to position yourself to practice it (I know I certainly did). But Steph and Carolyn really helped me understand how easy it really can be to get started. We even break down how 'non-believers' can find mental benefits from some form of meditation practice.

Have you ever wondered if there was more to your life than what it currently is?... I mean life can be going great and there's nothing wrong with that! But the idea of self mastery for me is the ongoing journey of finding something that can be better in some way, shape or form.
