SPIRITUALITY | Church of the Long Run
A place of worship can take many forms: church, temple, synagogue, mosque, etc. For Run Gum CEO, his church has always and will always be nature. The outdoors is where he feels fully alive and most connected to something larger than himself, larger than all of us. "It's where I hit the reset button each week and why I continue to love putting one foot in front of the other. My legs are a gift, and they carry me to this place of spirituality. Each Sunday I will do my best to explain one aspect of this, my church: The Church of the Long Run. " Follow my journey here: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCeXJQ2GQh4BoRuAEkteU0Wg -- Thank you for watching this video! My favorite days are those that stimulate me physically and mentally.
