Darrin Gray builds Christian spiritual movements through the influence of sports. He serves on Athletes in Action’s Executive Council and leads AIA’s NFL Advisory Council to that stewards Christian influence across the NFL that includes NFL Team Chaplaincy, NFL Media, Super Bowl Breakfast and Bart Starr Award.  He has served as the Chaplain for a High School Football Team in Indianapolis for 13 consecutive years. He is also a frequent Chapel Speaker for College and Pro Teams. Darrin has a unique window into the NFL by virtue of his 17 year relationship with All Pro Dad, the national fatherhood program founded by Tony Dungy. Darrin has conducted programs with NFL athletes, coaches and alumni with most NFL franchises, Super Bowl, Pro Football Hall of Fame and many other notable events.  Darrin speaks on range of topics that include faith, leadership, culture, branding, sports ministry, mentoring and fatherhood. Justin has been in business for over a decade and started his first business at 19 years old. He started in the fitness industry opening up a business where he went to client’s homes and trained them there.  He was then able to open up his first 500 square foot studio and began private training out of there.  After two years he grew his client base to 35 and needed to start leveraging his time, so he opened a second studio for small group sessions.  Business continued like that for 3 years before making the jump to a 3,000 square foot facility. Then only two years there they grew again to a 6,000 square foot facility.The business was doing over 500K a year and very good profits but it was affecting his personal life.  It was not allowing Justin to truly live how he wanted to with his wife.  So he ended up walking away from that and closing it down to focus on creating the life he wanted. Justin now coaches new entrepreneurs on how to maximize profit without sacrificing their life.  He is very passionate about helping entrepreneurs build something meaningful that integrates with how they want to live.
