So you're a mess? Declutter your life (and past relationships) and set clear intentions with Olivia Heine
Meet Olivia Heine of Decluttered Intentions. Olivia is a realistic minimalist, declutter and intentional life coach who helps clients who feel stuck in their life to use decluttering as a tool to create habits of intention and attract more abundance in their life. Being organized helped Olivia to take control of her life. Intentionally choosing what she wanted in her life was empowering. Her expertise comes from real life experiences and her love for decluttering was born out of anxiety ridden situations, as a way to gain back control and stability. Removing yourself from a relationship, whether it is toxic is just simply not aligning with your vision, is really hard. However, it can be incredibly transformational to declutter your relationships and truly step into your power. Decluttering your relationships doesn’t need to be all or nothing… here are some methods you can implement: ⠀⠀ Take a step back. Start prioritizing the activities you love and become busier to naturally create distance. Maybe that’s all you need. ⠀⠀ Talk it out. If the person truly cares about you and the relationship, they will be open to talking. If you’ve made your decision of ending things or moving on, stand strong. If you’re open to what they have to say, be honest about what your needs are so that the relationship can begin to align again. ⠀⠀ Cut it off. Sometimes the healthiest option is to no longer exist in a particular relationship. Especially when the relationship is toxic, even partially having that person in your life can prevent you from moving forward and attracting the relationships you desire. ⠀⠀ Important note: this is not just about romantic relationships, it also applies to friendships, work relationships, and family... Decluttering is self care! And you want all those good people in your life!
