Distance Learning
Hey Everyone!  I am ending Season 1 with an episode on distance learning.  Even though a lot of us were dealing with distance learning at the end of the 2019-2020 school year, the start of this school year seems to feel a little different, and I wanted to share mine and my son's experience with you.  I do not know the secret, but I do know that being able to discuss what we are all experiencing, can be very helpful and insightful.  Hang in there, we are all in this together.  And, feel free to reach out to me if you need to talk and share ideas, therelatablerelationship@gmail.com.  I look forward to bringing you more unique relationship stories in 2021, and until then, please take care of yourselves and your loved ones!

Personal stories about one's life can be powerful, but sometimes it can also be difficult to tell.  In this episode, I get to sit down with a girl I met at George Fox University, just a few years back, and really dive in to her past, present and future.  Uncovering struggles she has encountered, but also talking about how far she has come and the success of her business. For our listeners, this may be considered a trigger episode as we do talk about self harm, including; cutting, burning, prescription abuse, and thoughts of suicide.  If you, or anyone you know, is experiencing this, please call the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 1-800-273-8255.
