Tips on Getting Your Offer Accepted in A Competitive Market
This week I'm discussing 7 tips on getting your offer accepted in a competitive market. In a competitive market, it's important to try to take advantage of every opportunity to make your offer seem more desirable to the seller. During a seller's market, it's common to see bidding wars with multiple offers involved so today I'm going to share some ways you can make your offer stand out from the rest. You might ask why the market is so competitive for buyers currently? It's a result of more buyers coming into the market to take advantage of the historically low interest rates and not enough inventory of homes to supply those buyers. I'll be watching the market closely to see what the trends will look like this coming year.

Why You Don't Want the Nicest House in The Neighborhood

This week I'm discussing why it's not in your best interest to be selling the nicest house in the neighborhood which may come as a surprise to some people out there. It's something I consult my clients on all the time. Make sure the upgrades you're putting into your house are supported by the neighborhood! Whether you're a traditional home seller, flipper or builder it's crucial that you are keeping in mind the values within your neighborhood and using market data to determine what people are willing to pay for upgrades within that location! You don't want to be in a position where you need to sell you home for greater than all the other homes that have sold in the neighborhood to get the money you put into it back out of it. Active Income vs. Passive Income
This week I'm discussing the difference between active income and passive income and will explain to you why it's important to understand the difference especially when it comes to real estate investing. I'll explain how we build real worth over time through passive income and give some examples of passive income investments within the real estate space and some examples of some active income investments within the real estate space as well so you can see the difference. It's important to know the relationship between these 2 terms but it's the strategy towards financial freedom.
