At the age of 35, Aurora Colello began to experience a pain in her right eye, and not long afterward, she was totally blind in that eye. After an MRI, the doctor pointed out 10 lesions all over her brain, and a diagnosis of multiple sclerosis, an incurable and progressive disease. She was told she would eventually live in a wheelchair and probably never regain her vision. With four kids ages 1, 3, 5, and 7, she thought 'My life is over.’ Instead of living a life of degrading quality, Aurora took matters into her own hands by transforming her habits, eating clean and becoming physically active for the first time. Now, Aurora is a sponsored triathlete, having completed over 20 triathlons and several half iron mans, she is a testament to the power of perseverance and clean living. You will be so moved by this story.
