Ayn Rand is perhaps the most controversial figure in modern philosophical discussion. Rand’s philosophy, Objectivism, has both loyal followers and vocal critics. Her philosophy of rational selfishness is sure to elicit strong reactions from both professional and amateur students of philosophy. Rational Romanticism has a complex relationship with Objectivism. We’ll discuss Ayn Rand’s legacy for better and for worse.
