Why you may be struggling to reach your goals
Let's be honest. We have more opportunities now to accomplish almost anything we can imagine. We are ancestor's wildest dreams! And some of us actually do! We watch our favorite influencer, blow up, seemingly overnight and we figure if she can, so can I. We see our childhood friends go on to become the VERY person they set out to be. But...there those of us who can't seem to get it together. We set the SAME goal(s), month after month, year after year. Some of us really struggle with getting our businesses off the ground. We struggle with our weight, year after year. For some of us, we can't seem to get out of his rat race and feel like no matter what you do, you can't catch a break. You're wondering why you can't get it together and just be consistent. I mean, you want to succeed, right? In this episode, I share the common mistake we often make when we set goals and don't achieve them, and what we need to do instead before we even think about setting another weight, financial, or business-related goal.
