Living life to the fullest with Hayley Lane
Today I'm speaking with the big hearted Hayley Lane, a Woman, Doula, Yoga teacher, Mother, Wife, Space holder, Retreat owner whose motto for live is to ‘live life to the max', which you'll soon discover was a common theme from a very young age. Hayley's story is one of growth in all areas of her life and one of the most pivotal moments for her was at 14 years old, where the potency of her journey began.Falling in love at 13, falling pregnant with twins and birthing at 14, she experienced the trauma of the physical body and a spiritual awakening that has lead her down many paths. Knowing she couldn’t mother these children she told them that they would have a good life with foster parents. Hayley shares her feelings of immense love at this time in knowing this deep truth as well as the healing trauma she endured. We discuss her education pathways, her navigation through bulimia, bullying, new love, moving to Australia, travel, home birthing and raising 4 four children all the while running a Retreat space she created called 'Premalaya' located in Yallingyup W.A.A real life human octopus with equally as much heart and passion as arms and legs. A powerful story of a potent life, and she's still evolving. As we dive into Hayley's story and share each of our perspectives and experiences we invite you to lean into your own story. Have you felt similar? Do you resonate? and if so how? As we share our stories we give permission for ourselves to rise above the narratives and honour our unique journeys. Plus we give permission for others to deepen too, we can raise the frequencies of each other by storytelling, sharing and connecting. If you've resonated with this episode or any of Season 1 we would love to hear from you by leaving a comment, subscribing or sharing with another woman who may need to hear these stories.
