Today I’m talking with Dan Butler of CrestCore. Dan Butler was a real estate investor, but wanted better management for his properties. Mike was first introduced to entrepreneurship and construction through his father, and eventually led to him purchasing his first homes. Since then, Mike has become a force to be reckoned with in the industry.

While in law school, Michael fell in love with real estate, buying his first investment property while balancing a full course load. That love of real estate led Michael to practice real estate law for 8 years, becoming a partner at North Carolina’s largest residential real estate law firm. Heather was originally in Oil and Gas but quickly switched her career path upon crossing paths  with Michael while searching for investments in the Dallas area. In 2017, the two began RentBridge full time.

Today I’m speaking with Scott Fritz. Scott is life-long entrepreneur and MAP Development Partner in Austin, Texas with over 20 years as an entrepreneur and strategic developer and Scott also happens to be an EO Certified Facilitator. In 2010 Scott authored The 40 Hour Work YEAR and has used his book as a platform for assisting numerous other entrepreneurs. Scott has been an active Angel Investor since 2001, investing in over 30 different business ventures.

Today, I’m talking with Lou Brown, Founder of Certified Affordable Housing Provider ,Owner of Trust Properties and CEO at Street Smart Systems. Lou has a multi-faceted background as a real estate investor as he has been buying property since 1976. He has put time and effort into single-family homes, apartments, hotels, subdivisions as well as renovations for homes and apartments. These experiences give him a time-tested outlook on property management today. Lou is also known for wanting to share his discoveries with others. Being a teacher at heart he enjoys sharing his discoveries with others.
