Leo Ezerins was one of those kids that was good at everything he tried. A natural athlete, he excelled in hockey, baseball, basketball football and speed skating...yes speed skating as he was a 3 time Canadian Champion in the sport. James "Wild" West was a corner stone of one of the best defences in, not only Winnipeg Blue Bomber history, but CFL history. His larger than life personality made him an instant fan favourite in Winnipeg. James West and his partner in crime Tyrone Jones were always mention din the the same breath. You rarely, if ever, said one name without the other, these best friend caused havoc to opposing offenses through the back half of the 80's and into the early 90's.
