Ep 22: How to think about creating killer offers in your funnel
Ever wonder how some people are constantly able to sell out their products and services and make it look so easy? I meannn were they born with some magical super powers that makes them soooo good at what they do? Maybe but HIGHLY unlikely....so if it's not that than what is it?  It's simple actually. They understand that the perceived value of a product supersedes the actual value of a product when you're selling it, all the damn time! And no this isn't about high pressure sales tactics mama (ugh, I run far far away from that stuff).... This is about selling in a way that genuinely loves up your prospects and customers so much that they can't help but to say "take my credit card, please!" And you do that through creating KILLER offers!  Listen in to this episode where I show you how to *think* about creating killer offers in your funnel... P.S. this episode is about getting your mind right around offer creation not some tip or trick you can get off of a google search. Let's dive in now!

EP 21: The 4-Step Sales Funnel Framework
Happy family, happy life. I couldn't do what I do without their love and support, and I couldn't have the freedom and flexibility I have as an entrepreneur without a profitable sales funnel. . If you're a new entrepreneur and you're hella confused about how to market and sell your stuff online, you need a funnel.  . If you're a seasoned entrepreneur but have no clue how to get clients/customers in an automated way online, you need a funnel.  . If you're somewhere in between, you need a funnel.  . oh...and if you hate selling but know you need to cause that's what makes you the cha-ching ching and equips you to help more people, then you need a funnel.  . I gotta 4-step simple funnel framework I talk about in a recent podcast I was featured in. The most important is step #4. . And I also talk about how to position your language and strategy around "selling" cause let's be real no one likes selling and no one likes being sold to. . But there's a better way, a stress-free way, and most importantly a more natural and automated way to market and sell your stuff...and I talk about it all in this week's podcast episode. Let's dive in to get the 4-step framework!

EP: 16 Your audience is starving for more...what are you waiting for??
Being a creator, an entrepreneur is messy. Sh*t gets confusing, you feel like you suck cause you don't get enough engagement on your social posts, no one cares about your offer, you wonder if you should stop trying and do something different, and then slowly you start drowning in those emotions… Those emotions start feeling so heavy on your chest, so much so that you come to a halt cause you can't help but to think "what if I fail again?" or "what if no one cares again"?⠀ "What if no one cares again?" Gosh I remember this feeling so vividly from my early days of starting my very first business…⠀ It felt like a 1,000 pound boulder…the damn thing just wouldn't get off my shoulder... Fortunately I've surrounded myself around the right people and have put a lot of energy into getting my mind right since then...⠀ And I've done that because I've realized that what I create is bigger than me. It's about transforming my customers lives, and it's about creating memories of love, passion, and fulfillment through my work. In this episode, I share a recent a-ha I had when creating a new offer for my audience and how that inspired me to think bigger and tweak my offer so that it aligns with my true purpose for starting this business in the first place. Sometimes we get so caught up in the next step that we forget our audience is starving for MORE from us…they're looking to you to help them solve their problems. Whether your audience is 5 people or 15,000 people, it doesn’t matter. Don't get caught up in the numbers. Each person you impact matters, and the larger your impact grows, the larger your bank account grows. So check out this episode to hear about my a-ha, how that inspired me to think bigger in my business, and why you should too. Let’s dive in! Xx

EP 15: Significance Vs Impact Driven
Entrepreneurs (and moms) make this world a better place. We all know why moms do, but let's talk about entrepreneurs for a second...⁣ . As an entrepreneur, not only are you contributing to your family, but you’re also contributing to humanity, to the economy, creating new things, new opportunities and new possibilities...you are solving problems for people and doing good in the world in some way or another. 🌎 . You should be proud of that. In my early days, I didn't think about business in this way. Quite honestly, it was all about me and my family. But overtime I realized that the work we do as entrepreneurs has a MUCH far reaching impact in the world. . In this episode, I talk about this on a much deeper level and share a recent experience that really opened up my mind to this.⁣💡 . If you're an entrepreneur, this episode will open your mind up to the possibilities and shift that you may need to take your business to the next level. ⁣Let’s dive in! 💜

Ep 14: The Power of Perseverance
When you wholeheartedly believe in what you’re creating and putting out into the world, there is no obstacle that’ll stop you from achieving it. That’s true.....and not so simple for us women who are playing multiple roles in life. In this episode, I share with you how the power of perseverance landed me an incredible opportunity to teach my zone of genius at a half a billion dollar multi-national company, and doing it while also keeping my commitments as a mom and business owner. I questioned the decision to take that opportunity many times given all my other priorities in life, but ultimately I decided to do it. So many of us women who are also moms and entrepreneurs have to make tough decisions for ourselves and our families. And making this decision surely was not easy for me, but it was worth it. If you’re at a place in your life and business where you’re dealing with some challenges to achieve the things you truly want, then check out this episode.

Ep 12: Why do businesses have cash flow problems
Why do most businesses have cash flow problems? I want you to think about something just for a few seconds. Why did you go into business to begin with? Really? Was it because you want to work in your genius zone, you want to make a difference in the world, you want to feel proud of yourself or contributing to your family. You want freedom time or financial freedom. You want to just enjoy your life and be present with them and your business is going to give you the flexibility to do so. Whatever the reason is, maybe it's all of those things, right? Knowing your why is important and that's why you got started in the first place, but that's not enough to keep you on business, to get the cashflow to keep coming in. So what is now, this is something that I learned in my own business building journey and when I first got started, this is something that I struggled with and quite honestly, most of my clients that I've worked with have had struggled with these two things too. And it really boils down to two things, and it's not the lack of knowledge because there's a million articles out there on how to build the business, right? Marketing and for Sales Info, we social media and phone, all the things you need to know about building a business. You can get that on Google or YouTube or anywhere else. It's much deeper and it's two things. Listen to the episode to find out what those 2 things are and why they are so important to stop having cash flow problems.

Ep 9: How to create marketing campaigns that convert without sacrificing precious time w/your kids
ep 9: Let me ask you a question. Are you a mom and an entrepreneur and you're building a business because you're passionate about the work that you do and also because you want freedom and flexibility for your family. You want to enjoy your time with your kids and be present in their lives. You see, time is the most precious asset that we have and it is also the one thing that we can never get back in life, but the challenge here is that being a mom and an entrepreneur, sometimes it seems like time is working against us, right? The thing is it doesn't have to be that way, but before I get into that, here's a challenge that I have personally experienced in my business building journey. When I first got started with building my own business, specifically in the online space back in 2016 I realize that there's two different types of business gurus out there. One type of guru says, hustle, hustle, hustle. You have to work harder and if you don't hustle, you can't be successful. See the problem with that, especially being a mom myself, an entrepreneur, I have other big priorities in my life like raising another human being. So that type of mentality and mindset just doesn't jive well with me. The second is focused on vision boards, affirmations and mindset. See that's good in theory, but poor in practicality. So what's the happy medium between the two? It's called SMC...creating smart marketing campaigns. SMCs are what create leverage and set you up to work smarter, not harder so can serve more people without sacrificing your precious time with your kids. Listen to the episode to find out what an SMC is and how you can set one up for your business.

EP5 - Why You Must Be Specific With Your Message
One of the top mistakes☠ that most entrepreneurs make, and that includes me when I was starting out a few years ago was not being specific enough with my message. What that means is not being clear enough as to whom your products and or services are for.  The problem with that is that your message isn’t sticky, it’s just vanilla...and we don’t want to be vanilla, right? Your goal is to be sticky and not be boring like vanilla! The way to make your messages “sticky” is really to get very clear on who and what your market is. Here’s an example: Let's just say that you wanted to sell products to women who wanted to lose weight.  But there are many sellers and competitions in the market for that kind of product. Now the question is, “How do I stand out in the crowded marketplace? Most markets are really competitive that’s why you have to come up with a message so unique that it catches attention.  So how do you stand out? Number one is to have a very specific message. If your main focus and your main client base is helping women who just gave birth bounce back and lose the weight that they gained during pregnancy, then craft a message that says, “Having trouble losing that extra weight after giving birth? I can directly help you with this (name of product).” Second is always be very consistent with your message and that means don’t talk about other things! If you want your market to be on women losing weight after giving birth, don’t add anything out of the blue just to get revenue… That will hurt your credibility. Third is always ask for feedback… Is this product really effective  or not? Will mothers who have just given birth believe me and will they trust me when I convince them to buy my product?  It can really help if you ask someone who has done it before, because they already know what works and what doesn’t. Be sure to take notes.  So those are the key things that I want you to keep in mind and really focus on standing out from the rest and making your message specific and sticky  💯

EP 4- 5 Time Management Tips: Less Fluffy & More Practical
Balancing time between your family and your business is one of the BIGGEST challenges for women who are raising a business and family at the same time. So in this episode I share 5 Time Management Tips that are LESS FLUFFY and MORE PRACTICAL, and tips that I’ve found to be SO useful in my own life. Okay, let’s get started... ❇️1st things first...really FOCUS on what really matters. List down the  #1 priority for your day in the most important categories of your life (business, kids, self-care, etc.)... This will let you identify the “non-negotiables” versus those that are less important or can be done at a later time.   When you concentrate on the #1 priority for the day, you will feel so much more proud of your days because you know you got the most important thing done and  out of the way. ❇️ 2nd is SET DEADLINES. Studies have shown that when you are set to finish a task (or have a very strict deadline)  you will get it done even though your brain thinks you can't 🗓 Personally, I find deadlines to be so effective, both in my personal and business life. So  set deadlines on yourself, I guarantee that you will actually get what you want to get done… Done. ❇️3rd is UTILIZE WAITING TIMES EFFECTIVELY. If you’re waiting for someone (like at the pediatrician office) and you need to post or send emails📧, why not do your tasks while waiting so you have less on your plate when you get home?⏳ ❇️4th is DIVIDE AND RULE. I love delegating things out. If my husband has no work and is at home, I ask him to help me in some of the chores. You can also ask  your kids or anyone who is there(maybe a  family member) to help out… Things that don't require your input can always be delegated. By doing so, you are actually helping yourself have time to relax and be happy.  ❇️Lastly,  5th is SLEEP and EXERCISE.  Sleeping for at least 6 hours is  going to make you so much more productive in the day, and exercise can clear your mind and let’s you focus. When I say enough sleep, that means no distractions at all! I know this isn’t easy for us moms, but it makes all the difference when you’re aiming to be more productive❤️

EP 3 - This is why your kids are proud of you
If you are a working mama and you have your own business or are starting one, know this: you're leading by example. You are being a role model for your children... 👩🏽‍💼 You are EMPOWERING your children to fulfill their passions, to fulfill their dreams and to really be who they want to be by you doing it yourself.  What you're doing today will reap massive rewards for you and your family...  Follow your passions and never give up because your kids will say, "you know what, if mama can do it, so can I. And I am going to, no matter what happens." Keep doing what you're doing. Keep working, keep following your heart ♥, take imperfect action cause there's no such thing as perfectionism. And let your kids watch you. Involve them in the process with you. Show them what you're working on…and have fun while you’re doing it. You are being a LEADER for your children…don't ever feel sorry for it.

EP 2 - 3 Reasons Why Moms Lose Their Sh*t Daily
There's 3 reasons why moms lose their sh*t daily.  Number one is you are either very tired from your household chores and from taking care of everyone, from your husband down to your children. Of course you love them, but the constant demands of the job gets to you sometimes and chances are, you lose your cool.  Second is you are always in that fight or flight mode.  As moms, we are protectors. We have that instinct of constantly worrying and it exhausts us. And because of this added layer of stress💢 We tend to just snap😤! Finally, we multitask. This is scientifically and medically proven to  have a negative impact on one’s productivity. If you have a lot of things going on, you tend to just spin out of control and you’re stressed out.  For a moment, just relax. Be still and  take a moment to breathe and slow down. Trust me, when you have clarity and when you are calm, you will have the power to focus on the most important things and everything  will be alright 👍.
