On this episode, we chat Periods & Gender with two long-time friends of The Period Place, Aych McArdle and Lee Lamont. We wanted to find out, what’s the period experience like for non-binary and transgender people? That question is pretty huge because, just like everything, each individual’s experience is unique. Lee and Aych tell us their own stories of getting periods and talk about how the ultra-feminine way society talks about periods can cause feelings of gender dysphoria for gender diverse people.
Thanks to our mates at U by Kotex!
