Yodhin sits down with Roshan Miranda, a social entrepreneur at Petronas, activist, candidate of Masters of Public Policy at University Malaya.    Roshan's thesis focuses on a Relationship Framework Agreement (RFA) between CSOs, NGOs and the Federal Govt to reduce and prevent suicides in Malaysia. He's taken inspiration of this framework from foreign countries and argues for a trial basis to be done in Malaysia.    The RFA essentially details the 4W 1H on these two fundamentally different groups can work together to achieve mutual goals and objectives in an effective and accountable way.    They discuss the feasibility and even examples of how this can be implemented.
