Just a Thought: Setting Limits with Our Phones
Just a Thought: Managing Access to Ourselves  It’s okay for us to manage the access other people have to us. We should. Just because the phone rings, it doesn’t mean we have to answer it. Our smart phones will drive us crazy if we let them. We weren’t made to be inundated with stimuli the way we are. We need silence. We need to take breaks. We need to shut down. Sometimes, we need to turn the phone off. Join The Path to Authenticity community mailing list.
