Tonit reflects on her path to the C-suite, beginning with growing-up in Milwaukee, WI, attending the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and The University of Chicago Law School. She reflects on her professional path starting in large law firms and spending 18-years at Harley Davidson before moving to BorgWarner. Tonit also provides her views on diversity in the legal profession and her expectations for her outside counsel.
