Ep. 229: How to Attack "What Questions Do You Have for Us?"
It's Wedding Season! says the popular film, but just as importantly: "It's Job Hunting Season!"  If you want to go deeper, here are three ideal places: A Short Episode on How I Ask Questions Grab the Course Here Joe@onepercentbetterproject.com In the meantime, with job hunting season comes job interviews and with job interviews comes stress and uncertainty for most people. There's a lot to say on the topic, but for now . . . This episode presents my framework for how to tackle what could be the most awkward part of a job interview.  The conversation has gone well. The question answering is over. You can breathe. Then . . . you know it's coming.  The interviewer asks: What questions do you have for us? Gulp.  Messing up this question could be the single biggest wasted opportunity of the entire interview.  Instead of stalling, or worse, passing on this opportunity, listen in to how to turn this portion of the interview into a golden opportunity to seal the deal.  If you want to go deeper, here are three ideal places: A Short Episode on How I Ask Questions Grab the Course Here Joe@onepercentbetterproject.com As always, thanks for listening! --Joe

Ep. 212: What is Humility?
Today I hope to land one BIG idea. Like most big ideas, they begin with a question:  What is humility? Last month I posted a question on Twitter that asked "what is team chemisty?"  That question led to a solo podcast, which led to me meeting author Joan Ryan.  She literally wrote the book on team chemistry. Our podcast conversation will be available later this month.  If today's episode furthers the conversation on humility, we will all be 1% better.  Don't forget: Sign up for Josh Spector's free Newsletter HERE Head HERE if you are interested in joining our 10 person (max) coaching community  Finally, HERE is the place to pick up my self-paced course Damn Good Questions As always, thanks for listening! --Joe
