Ahead of the second Autumn Nation Series fixture on Saturday 5 November we are delighted to be joined by Edinburgh Head Coach Mike Blair to explore their URC season so far.  Mike reflects on his own experiences in international sport, his move into coaching and the incredible home support at DAM Health Stadium.  Caroline and Chris also discuss Scotland's narrow loss to Australia last Saturday, and what to expect from Townsend's men this weekend.

Caroline is also joined by full-back Liam McNamara from Ayrshire Bulls and hooker Cal Davies from Watsonians ahead of this weekend's FOSROC Super6 Championship Final at DAM Health, Edinburgh (Sunday 30 Oct, kick off 4.45pm).

Scotland Internationalists Rachel Malcolm and Caity Mattinson join us this week from in camp all the way from New Zealand. They talk about the mood in camp following their narrow defeat against Australia, and their visit to Far North iwi Ngātiwai to learn more about Te Ao Māori with a welcome and cultural exchange at Ngunguru Marae. Hosts Caroline Blair and Chris Paterson also chat about Gregor Townsend's squad ahead of the Autumn Nation Series and are joined by Matt and Zander Fagerson to discuss their delight at being named in the squad.
