Mark Gagner and I talk about how he rewards his agents for doing so! This week I interview Mark Gagner of Bridge Equity Group. Mark and I talk about his path as a Silicon Valley tech owner to a property flipper/investor.  One of the things that Mark prides himself on is his relationships with agents. He knows they are the life blood of his business. As a fellow licensed agent himself, he still chooses to buy and sell with agents as he understands the value of having professionals do what they do best! In this episode Mark shares some of the secrets of his investing, but more importantly he shares how he finds his deals, how he rewards the agents who find them and how he makes it a win-win for everyone in the process. In March 2012, Mark decided to start his fix/flip business in the Bay Area (Bridge Equity Group) and hire the labor to do the work.   Projects have consistently earned capital returns in excess of 100%. No One Has Ever Become Poor By Giving!
And Chelsea Phillips proves that every day! This week I interview Chelsea Phillips about her incredible heart and her desire to make a change. We jump right into how she has sky rocketed onto the real estate scene in Savannah Georgia, and how she has made a name for her self by giving back to her community! Not only does Chelsea have one the of biggest hearts I have seen, shes one of the nicest agents I know. Nick Waldner does, and has proven they work in real estate! This week I interview Nick Waldner about his tremendous growth with his team. And do you know what he equates much of his success too? He was licensed at 18 years old, so don’t read that as he’s an “old guy”! He’s devoted his life to Real Estate and his family and learned much from working with his parents on The Stott Team in Kailua Hawaii, where he was raised, graduating from the University of Hawaii in 1984. Mike continues to sell today and is famous for listing a “FSBO a week” after learning the FSBO market in Atlanta, Georgia after relocating there in 2006. Mike’s Team in Hawaii generated a peak of 180 sales with over 10 years of 100+ sales years. His talent in Coaching, Sales, and in particularly teaching the Zero Resistance FSBO Prospecting Program had made him a favorite speaker nationwide and in Canada, touring 17 states training on the Road in 2009-2010. The Niche Panel… And I’m on it!
And here are my thoughts! This week I wanted to share a video of a training I did recently at one of the local real estate boards. We had the incredible Michelle Hawco (aka The House Mom) who has really found her niche in the “mom community” as an excellent mother, and real estate agent, its no wonder shes having the success shes had. With Pasco County being the Nudist Capital of North America, this has been and continues to be a rewarding “out of the box” experience”. Jackie received her real estate licenses in 2004 and joined a small real estate company in Land O’ Lakes. When she saw signs of a “shift” in the market in 2007 and 2008, Jackie revised her goals and, in order, to reach those goals, she placed her licenses with Keller Williams Tampa Properties. After moving her real estate licenses to Keller Williams Tampa Properties, Jackie began building The Jackie Youngblood Group.
