NPP 028 : Ankush Jain – No One Has Their Shit Together
So this cat has been on a parallel journey with me since the Summit days. I remember Ankush being this friendly, bright-eyed, dare I say quirky smiley fellow at the conference. There were two tells that showed me that this guy will become really successful. First of all, it was his curiosity. He was not the typical “know it all” guy who was afraid to look unintelligent or ask the stupid questions. Exactly what geniuses do! Secondly, I will never forget the way he approached me during one of the after-parties at the MHSummit. It was really genuine, and it seemed like he went out of his own way, to come up to me, introduce himself and get a genuine compliment through. Pure love. I honestly don’t recall the details of the compliment, but I could feel the force was strong in this one! Today, Ankush is running a life-transforming business doing podcasts, networking like a pro and is inspiring you to insights to a whole world with his humble and professionally nerdy curiosity. He runs a Facebook Group with a tight grip on quality, for men aspiring to excellence. He has a 46-episode strong podcast series on relationships interviewing the best relationship coaches and experts from around the world on a wide variety of topics around the theme of relationships. He is also well away with 16 episodes of his new podcast series “The Business Series” where he’s continuing to point to our true nature through business and helps us, entrepreneurs, create real value in the world. It had been years since I last saw Ankush, so it was an absolute pleasure to see him again at the amazing Viva event in Albir. Join us for a conversation on... In this talk we dive into... ■ How Ankush serendipitously ended up at the conference I did back in 2012 when we first met. ■How The Three Principles totally changed his life. ■Ankush realized the more he started to be honest about personal trials etc, the more he connected with people. ■How No one really has their shit toget

NPP 027 : Dave Kibby – There’s Only One Thing Going On
New episode of The New Paradigm Podcast I am joined by a new friend this time. After posting about my very positive experiences of John E. Sarno's book "Healing Back Pain - The Mind-Body Connection" on Facebook, Dave Kibby here made an interesting comment: "Morten - I find pain ‘useful’ now and take notice of it... It’s telling me that something is out of alignment with my body and needs attention... But you are right, I’m no longer scared of pain so in that sense a ‘3P understanding ‘ had helped." This was so interesting that I had to call him up - and let me tell you, I am glad I did! We had a beautiful conversation. Dave has an unapologetic and strong ability to point to the truth of life. If you pay attention, get rid of distractions, sit down, relax and enjoy this episode as you would enjoy a new album of your favorite artist, you might very well see an entirely new paradigm of understanding. Of understanding life. It'll change how you relate to your body, your moment to moment experience. Trivial or profound.

NPP 026 : Jan Bück – Aligning yourself with the wind
Jan Bück and myself touch upon a lot in this episode… Why ‘getting your shit together’ might be misleading advice to someone who’s struggling. Jan’s introduction to the three principles behind human experience. How everything changed for Jan in February 2015 by just listening to The New Paradigm Podcast. Being in the three principles conversation and the underlying love of this community. Being OK with what is. It is always our resistance to the suffering that causes the problem, not the suffering itself. How us humans naturally get caught up in the illusion of thought. How we’re easily convinced by our conceptual reality and how we can convince ourselves that things should look a certain way. and much, much more...

NPP 025 : Julian Freeman – The Comfortable Growth Zone
In this episode of The New Paradigm Podcast, I am guested by Julian Freeman. A full-time filmmaker and a well-known guy in the three principles community. He’s passionate about spreading hope and what’s possible for people through the art of video. Seeing that fear, uncertainty and doubt are spread by media, Julian recognized the need to help people realize and see who they really are - how amazing, beautiful, capable and resourceful we are as people. In his Patreon project, he's inviting you to join his journey of creating a film about helping people remember who they really are and what is possible for us all, so naturally, I invited him to The New Paradigm Podcast! In this episode... How Julian stumbled upon the principles. His story how he went from being a marketer to being a conscious filmmaker. I share the cliff notes of how I lost my grounding and understanding of reality, how I blamed the Three Principles community and why I’ve been under the radar for such a long time… “When the going gets tough, the tough get going” The “I’m-good-cause-I-can-tough-myself-through-tough-times”-misunderstanding Forced planning vs letting life happen and being adaptable. How we tend to spin the wheels of our thinking, mistakenly believing it’ll give us peace of mind The comfortable growth-zone Julian's book ‘Life beyond money’ and how redefining rich gives more abundance Sydney Banks and isness (Why you don’t have to figure out why dogs bark and chickens cross the road) Julian’s Free Man Project

Imperfectly Perfect
It’s easy to go hard on oneself. Personally, I’m world-class at it.  I have big dreams, like too-big-for-my-own-good type of dreams – and deep down inside I know with unshakable confidence that anything I set my mind to really is possible. As romantic or glories as that might sound, it’s quite the trick of the mind. You see… Sometimes I find myself in states like guilt, self-disappointment, jealousy or even hate. So I wonder “When anything is possible… I mean, with ALL possibilities available, why in goodness greatness great balls of fire would I choose those shitty options? At all? Even for just a split second? I ask myself, why does my existence consist of this shitty time – and to top it off – for no reason at all?! Someone, TELL ME!! I’m being treated unfairly! Why?!” In those moments. When experiencing real struggle, I have a strange, but oh so universal tendency to add some proper beating-myself-up-for-it. And being the Mr.Fix guy I am, I really fast start thinking that I need to fix who I am. I start believing I desperately need to figure out how to make myself better/different than what I currently am, cuz this shit definitely ain’t working! I even tend to take it personally. “MY life sucks, I’m the victim of shiftiness, this must mean I’m not doing this life the right way, not good enough. I’m not worthy, hence; I need to fix. I need to figure out a way to become worthy and good enough.” Out of nowhere, I’ve created a monster. I find myself in a check—mate situation. I’ve created a problem I can’t solve. A perfect way to add more frustration to my frustration. Spread some overthinking on that worry, would’ya? This activity of desperately trying to manage my feelings is actually one of the crappiest ways to get back to a clear mind. But then and there it looks like the best idea ever. It seems like the only option. It looks real to me that it’s my job to change how I feel. But finding myself feeling shitty only means one thing; at that moment, I’m apparently generating a shitty experience for myself. There’s nothing to do about it. Let me explain… Believing there’s a certain application that will effectively result in a positive experience, is a misunderstanding of how our mind actually works in reality… There’s good and bad news. First, the bad; No application can ever make you happy. Period. There’s no real correlation between any application and happiness. If there was an absolute. A Principle. A law of nature saying you can do a certain thing, which will directly result in happiness, no one would ever do anything else. Ever. However, we believe it to be so. That’s part of life. We look around us, forgetting that we’re living in a thought-generated experience. So we point our fingers, attributing our feelings to something out there. This illusion of thought. This mirage of life, is extremely useful to understand a little bit about, as just a basic understanding of how our minds create an experience for us, gives us a more accurate model to work with in our daily lives. It gives us an updated map of how psychology works, so we don’t have to jump into years of depression simply cause we felt depressed for a while. and that’s the good news, Humans. We are life. We are limitless forces of nature. We are naturally built to thrive. From birth, you have happiness in you. The search is over. You had it all along. Remember? We have unlimited potential deep in us. At all times. Our ‘clean slate’- is pure energy, pure potential, formlessness – forming in every moment. Then we have the ability to actually be aware of it. We have the ability to know that we exist. To observe what’s happening. Consciousness is a wonderful gift letting us be aware of whatever’s going on in our human experience at any given moment. Realising on a fundamental level that we’re creating our ...

NPP 022 : Elaine Hilides – Health Is An Inside Job
Today I guested by Three Principles Trainer, Diet and Nutrition Advisor and Raw Food Coach Elaine Hilides.  Elaine has worked in the wellbeing and weight loss field for over a decade and has helped hundreds of clients get the life and body that they want. in 2013, she published the book ‘MindFullness: The No-Diet Diet Book’ which does great on Kindle, and now she just released a brand new, six-week course called ‘Love food and lose weight without dieting‘ which already have 389 students in just a few weeks.  We shared stage at the Unlimited 2015 event in Finland in September, and she told some amazing stories of health recovery in not just the weight loss area, but also areas such as cancer. So I’m really excited to get to know Elaine better and listen to her experience of seeing and teaching this new paradigm of psychology.  In this episode, we touch upon… How Elaine went from working with NLP, being in her head “tracking” instead of being present with the client, and how seeing this new paradigm increased her coaching result tremendously How “health is an inside job”, and how you can have a peaceful mind, no matter what happens to you. Even cancer. How and why Elaine love to work with people diagnosed with an illness, and what happens when they realise the true nature of their experience. The story about a guy who was ready to throw himself in the river, and what happened The amazing difference of a “spinning mind” and being present. Death Drug-addiction How not fixing problems, get’s us through them. Elaine’s new, very successful health program; Lose Weight: Love Food and Lose Weight Without Dieting. Six Weeks to Effortless Weight Loss and a Healthy, Happy, New You Forever! <3 Morten PS. PPS. I’m really excited to share that I’m opening up a brand new service! One of the most common questions I get is how I’ve sat up my business and how I’m able to live the lifestyle I do. Finally, after having the idea for ages, I’m developing a comprehensive program for people who have a dream to massively impact people’s lives while travelling the world and creating a popular personal brand. In the making of this, I’m looking for 5 people to join a custom-tailored, private inner circle where you’ll be working closely with me. You’ll get transformational coaching to steel-strengthen your ‘inner game’ and ensure your confidence is flourishing. Furthermore, you’ll get branding and marketing strategies, accountability(!) and all your burning questions answered to get a good headstart creating that lifestyle. If this peaks your curiosity, let’s have a chat about it! Simply send me an email to contact@mortenhake.com saying you’re interested and I’ll get back to you.

NPP 019 : Niko Leppänen – UNLIMITED
Recorded in Sandefjord (9th June, 3 weeks ago) this time on the New Paradigm Podcast is Niko Leppänen! Niko hasn’t been introduced to the new paradigm for that long, but already he is conducting a huge conference in Helsinki with some of the biggest names within this community. 2 years ago, Niko first started to look into self-development, reading a lot of books and going to workshops. He figured he wanted to bring all of the best speakers and coaches to Finland but for some reason the timing wasn’t right. After a while he started to read material from Jamie Smart and got some huge realisations about how he already has everything he ever need within him and that the outside circumstances can’t affect him. After the lifestyle design convention in Zurich he made the decision to conduct a conference himself. In this inspiring conversation, you will hear about this conference and what you can expect from it. Niko will also share how he felt able to do this when realising boundaries and limitations are a both a part of his imagination. You will also be revealed the trick that has helped a lot of people get an insight, and hear stories about different people getting it in a very short amount of time. So enjoy the story of Niko finding a way to get rid of thought created limits and conduct one of the biggest events of the year, Unlimited 2015 in Helsinki.

NPP 018 : Kjetil Haugmo – Understanding human nature and why we behave as we do
Kjetil has had a leading role in the personal development community in Norway for a decade, and recently spoke at the Elevate Summit, sharing stage with Michael Neill and Mara Gleason, both living legends in the three principles community. Kjetil found himself having to call his mom from prison to tell her he wasn’t coming home for a while… after being caught selling drugs and ending up in jail, Kjetil thought in many ways that his life was ruined. That he was broken. Growing up as an insecure kid, and then ending up in prison, Kjetil’s experienced life as pretty hopeless. Doing time gives time to reflect, and Kjetil decided to do everything he could to learn how he could become the best version of himself. Like so many of us, Kjetil thought he could find the perfect way, the perfect strategy, method or technique to DO in order to become the best version of himself. And while recognising that all of these strategies and applications did change him in a way, there was always a feeling that he needed more. More techniques, more tools, more of everything. “When I learn THIS, then I’ll be great. Then it’ll all be OK.” Sounds familiar?

NPP 017 : Katja Symons – Mind over matter
On this podcast we have the pleasure of being joined by Katja Symons and boy are we in for a treat! She shares some truly amazing transformational stories from her own life. She tells us the story of how she lived with chronic aches and an autoimmune disease of the Thyroid for 7 years, and on top of this she was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, IBS and Chronic Fatigue. As a result her body started to recover. Wow! We also talk about: • The Mediterranean Innate Health Retreat we are hosting together this september • Mind over matter - Katja shares how this change in understanding freed her from years of chronic pain, disease and mental suffering. • She also shares some amazing metaphors and stories pointing towards this new understanding of life. • How our bodies naturally moves us towards health - when we let them. • How we are frightened of our own magnificence and that change can seem scary. • The magic of being under pressure without feeling the pressure. • We talk about the natural flow of life is happening moment to moment. • How she thought that the times with good feeling were the exceptions - and that the normal was being in a bad feeling and state of mind. • How following your true inspiration will always lead you in the right direction.

In this episode of the New Paradigm Podcast we were fortunate enough to have Mara Gleason with us in our living room here in Oslo! Mara is the co founder of One Thought, a company sharing the principles behind life based in New York and London. NPP 014 : Dicken Bettinger – Each of us lives in our own thought-created reality
In this episode of the New Paradigm Podcast, we got both Ankush Jain and Dr. Dicken Bettinger on the call! I first got to know Dicken at the 3PConference last year.
