An Incredible Journey with Colette Stevenson
I am so honored to share this interview with Colette where we talk about love and relationships, her journey to Japan and the struggle to move back home with her husband and son. She is amazing and has such a positive energy in the face of many adversities.Colette Stevenson has worked in various roles within education and childcare since 1992. In 2002, Colette moved to Japan to teach English. Five years later, she was managing 12 schools and providing training and support to hundreds of teachers from around the globe.Colette's child-centred philosophies, and drive to "let kids be kids," led her to work as a freelance educator teaching small groups of private students. She soon began providing consultancy services, regularly delivering workshops and training for early-years educators across Japan.Over the years, multiple publications interviewed Colette about her philosophies as an educator. And, as part of a nationwide training initiative, Colette's lessons were filmed to demonstrate outstanding practice. In 2010, Colette founded Bee Kids, an independent ESL school for children aged 1-8. The curriculum was fluid and designed to allow teachers to follow the child. Lessons were play-based and parents were encouraged to participate at the end of each class.Bee Kids evolved into multiple programs, including a childcare service, and a parent support program. But, it is Colette's passion for developing engaging resources that drives her most recent work. Colette supports ESL school owners by offering beautifully designed games, activities, and images that are tested and loved by children before ever being put on the market. She also offers a Mascot Design service, where schools can have their very own cute "kawaii" character as part of their branding.Colette is married to Barry. They have one son and currently live in Liverpool, United Kingdom. To connect with Colette, you can reach her at colette@12cmedia.comand on LinkedIn https://www.linkedin.com/in/colettestevenson/

Overcome Infertility Naturally with Kela Robinson Smith
Kela has been in the health and wellness industry for over 20 years.  With an extensive background as a professional fitness trainer, wellness educator, author of The complete hormone puzzle cookbook and The puzzle method – solving infertility, online course of the same name and quadruple certified holistic health and wellness coach.  She realized her dream of creating a holistic health and wellness practice in 2018 and helps women all over the world with these issues. Kela's personal story:After years of “unexplained” infertility and deciding I didn’t want to go the medical route, I decided to take my fertility and health into my own hands through foods that were found right in my kitchen.  I started intentionally eating for fertility so I could boost my hormones naturally.  I got very specific with my exercise and lifestyle habits so that I could put my body into the optimal state for conception and reverse my diagnosis and get pregnant naturally.  After about 6 months of trying this to my surprise I got pregnant. Once I learned how to do this I not only did it once but twice and now have two beautiful baby boys ages 6 and 4.  I knew I didn’t want any women to struggle the way I did so I decided to create a method.  A method with all the steps I used to get myself pregnant naturally not once but twice.  I named this method the hormone P-U-Z-Z-L-E because I feel like that is literally what you are doing is putting together a puzzle and if one piece is out of place then the picture isn’t clear.  Puzzle is an acronym and stands for Proper nutrition, Understanding supplements, Zapping stress, Zzzz’s, Love and Encouragement and Exercise.  This is the method I use with all of my clients and it works.  www.hormonpuzzle.com www.kelahealthcoach.com info@kelahealthcoach.com Kela's books are available at:https://www.amazon.com/Complete-Hormone-Puzzle-Cookbook-Infertility-ebook/dp/B07WG46KGR/ref=sr_1_fkmr1_1?keywords=the+complete+hormone+puzzle+method&qid=1576778702&sr=8-1-fkmr1https://www.amazon.com/Hormone-Puzzle-Method-Infertility-additional/dp/1671602137/ref=sr_1_1?keywords=the+hormone+puzzle+method&qid=1576848464&sr=8-1GET CONNECTED ON SOCIAL- www.facebook.com/kelahealthcoach - www.instagram.com/kela_healthcoach - www.linkedin.com/kelarobinsonsmith Other resources to check out:7 secrets to cutting your sugar cravings!https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3eykevEjo_Y&t=7sWhat are the top foods to help me boost my fertility – https://www.facebook.com/kelahealthcoach/videos/547329652773592/***FOR HEALTH AND WELLNESS PRACTITIONERS- HERE IS THE LINK TO THE MASTERMIND PROGRAM***https://www.elisabethbotman.com/coachkela-mm

Worthiness and Where it Comes From
In this episode we dive into what worthiness actually means and why the most important shift you can make is to realize that it comes from within. Start to identify where you attach your worthiness to and you will start to see how you are showing up in ways you don't actually want to in life. There is a value conflict that occurs when you are operating from the worthiness that is attached to external factors as opposed to connecting to the internal source first. By stepping into the awareness of where your worthiness currently lies, you can start to shift the reality in which you are currently living. Connect with me on LinkedIn! https://www.linkedin.com/in/naomi-buskila-623918187/And leave me a review on Apple Podcasts- https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/the-naomi-b-show/id1470229706

The Power of Sharing Your Story with Melissa English
On this episode I interview Melissa English who has expertise in so many areas, one of which is ghostwriting and helping people share their stories. In an age where vulnerability is key and sharing can help support those who are struggling, her service spoke to me greatly. So many people think their story doesn't matter, but the truth is there are plenty of people going through something you already overcame and they would benefit from the support and expertise you have in that struggle.  Melissa English started writing and publishing at the age of nine, and had already won awards for several collections of poetry she had published by the age of eleven. Melissa is a native of Atlanta, Georgia where she lives with her fiance and four cats. Melissa holds Masters degrees in Archaeology, International Business, and Marketing, and loves to write about history, fiction, and children's fiction. Melissa also enjoys producing and interviewing people.https://www.amazon.com/Melissa-English/e/B00IZH03JI%3Fref=dbs_a_mng_rwt_scns_sharehttps://www.imdb.com/name/nm5580880/

Your Puzzle and Purpose in Life
In today's episode, I talk about your purpose in life and what it looks like to actually step into that purpose. I also dive into why your mindset and awareness are key to actually being able to see your purpose. The ways in which you perceive your actions will determine the way you continue to show up in your life and how you move forward. So, if you perceive yourself from a place of weakness and low worth, you will struggle more to move towards a fantastic result in your life, but if you change your own perspective about where you are and where you are headed, your purpose is actually already in your life and you will be able to step into it. I use the puzzle metaphor to explain how all the pieces fit together to be able to live the life you want, and I share how this played true in my life as well as ways it might show up in your own. Have a listen!

The Process of Change
In this episode I dive into a great insight that I learned at the Art of Success Summit with David Neagle, about how we change in our life. I explain the idea of the internal guiding system that's trying to lead us forward towards our purpose and how we end up feeling stuck many times because of a value conflict. In order to grow and really change there is a process that transpires that we have the opportunity to choose whether to see it through or to stop in the middle. I break this process down as it was taught there and hopefully you can look back and see this pattern in your own life as well. The clarity it gave me helped me make difficult decisions in my life going forward and it also shed a lot of light on how I made quantum leaps and exponential growth in my past.

Defensiveness Definition: The Truth About It
In this episode I dive into the truth about defensiveness and what it really means. If you experience defensive behavior or know someone with a defensive personality, then you need to hear this message. Being defensive is a very difficult subject to handle. I discuss the defensiveness definition, talk about why you don't have to defend yourself, and how defensiveness in relationships is really playing out. It's not what you think. The defensiveness meaning is based on a fear of attack. So when someone is getting defensive, they are experiencing something that has nothing to do with you. So you can stop being defensive and stop using defensive communication when you understand this cycle. Defensiveness examples include when people start to criticize you in response to what you're doing. Defensiveness is self defense to the person who feels attacked. You will gain new understanding around defensiveness in this video.
