Why I don't like the book "12 Hours by 12 Weeks"
My mother always says that when something seems too good to be true, it probably is!So when a mom in the My Sleeping Baby Facebook community told me that she came across a book that claims to get her baby sleeping through the night by 12 weeks of age, I knew which book she was talking about. The book “12 Hours by 12 Weeks” claims that if you follow their feeding and sleep schedule, your healthy 12-week old baby can learn to sleep 12 hours straight at night. Now, I really hate being the bearer of bad news, but I really don't like this book. Most of the advice given over is, quite frankly, bad advice.Have a listen as I explain WHY I don't like the advice given in this book and what I recommend instead!
