19 // LOTR Tribute
Stories are powerful, and LOTR has influenced many. Namely: Logan and Guthrie. Call to Action: Ask a friend about their story. (Find out what they are most passionate about and stories of why that is, and how they show that passion in what they do) 1. Adventures are dangerous because you risk changing yourself. 2. Life is a quest. Not a quest where you destroy the ring of power, but it’s a quest. 3. Fellowship is vital. 4. There’s some good in the world. We will see a return of the king soon. We live in the middle. Sam : It's like in the great stories Mr. Frodo.
 The ones that really mattered.
Full of darkness and danger they were,
and sometimes you didn't want to know the end.
Because how could the end be happy.
How could the world go back to the way it was when so much bad happened.
But in the end, it's only a passing thing, this shadow.
 Even darkness must pass.
A new day will come.
And when the sun shines it will shine out the clearer.
Those were the stories that stayed with you. That meant something.
Even if you were too small to understand why. But I think, Mr. Frodo, I do understand.
I know now.
Folk in those stories had lots of chances of turning back only they didn’t.
Because they were holding on to something. Frodo : What are we holding on to, Sam? Sam : That there’s some good in this world, Mr. Frodo. And it’s worth fighting for

This is a fun one. Guth and Logan talk about the beauty of planking and other phenomenal trends that we all as society participate in every now and then. Shownotes: There are not really any. 15 // Introducing Creativity
The Guth and Logs discuss the topic of “creativity” and different aspects of it. Creativity is important for us if we strive to think more of those around us, and to create movement in our spheres of influence. Creativity is more than just being expressive or pushing against the routines of life, but it is about truly being your unique self. We dare you. 30:45 BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY, WE DARE YOU TO GO LOOK AT A SUNSET FOR TWENTY MINUTES WHILE LISTENING TO “OUTRO” BY M83.

14 // Guided Reflection
You’re listening to the MVMNT podcast. This episode is going to give you an opportunity to reflect. In the next fifteen minutes, you will be guided in a time of reflection, to better help you be more mindful of yourself and those around you. We recommend you do this in an environment that would not be distracting to you as you reflect. Each prompt is said every two minutes: Take two minutes and silence yourself. Notice your breath, your lungs unconsciously bringing your body life with every breath. Think about your emotions today, when were you disappointed? What made you feel inadequate? Now think about the times you felt known. What made you feel valued? What made you come alive? Now think about others. How have you maybe made someone feel inadequate? How have you made someone feel known? Think about one specific person you interacted with today. What can you do right now to let them know they matter? How can you communicate to them that your existence is better because they are alive. How can you posture yourself before others to show them they are valuable? How can you live today in a manner worthy of that which you were created to be? No podcast next week!
