Happy Mothers Day! On this episode Nick and Ryan pay tribute to some of their favorite TV and movie mothers throughout the years in honor of this special day. Topics include best moms in the MCU, kick ass 80's and 90's sitcom moms and, for once, Nick and Ryan are in total agreement on the greatest mom in movie history. 

Happy Star Wars Day! On this episode Nick and Ryan will do a deep dive into season 3 of The Mandalorian. We'll discuss all the ups and downs, what worked and what didn't and where we think it's all going from here. May the 4th be with you!

We're back with an all new episode! In this installment we're going to do things a little differently as we discuss all the recent news coming out of the world of Warner Bros. and their announcement that James Gunn and his creative partner Peter Safran will take over control of all DC related content. In the first half of the episode Nick and Ryan will discuss their thoughts on what this means for the future of DC, the projects that have been announced thus far, and the reception to some of Safran and Gunn's initial comments since the announcement. Then, in the second half of the episode, Nick take us on a journey through his imagining of how he would construct his own DC universe including the films and characters he would highlight as well as the overarching narrative he would weave. 

As was once famously said in Monty Python, "and now for something completely different." In this episode Nick and Ryan are joined by Ryan's wonderful wife, Liz, to discuss their two year analytical odyssey into the greatest sitcom of all time, Seinfeld. Liz and Ryan discuss what led them to conduct this experiment, how they chose the metrics and then test Nick's skills at guessing the results. If you're a fan of Seinfeld or statistics this is an episode you won't want to miss!

On this episode Nick and Ryan discuss the most recent Disney+ Star Wars series, Andor. Spoiler alert: We loved it!! We'll discuss the series as a whole, what worked (everything!), what didn't (nothing), and where it ranks amongst the other Star Wars series thus far. We'll also give some of our theories about what we might expect from a potential second season.  And, as will likely be the case whenever Star Wars is discussed, Ryan pushes once again for a Star Wars, West Wing style program.  Andor: 100% less lightsabers, 100% more awesome!

We're back with part 2 of our deep dive into the state of MCU Phase 4. In this episode Nick and Ryan continue the Phase 4 discussion by focusing primarily on the mess created by Eternals. Other topics in this episode include; The Incredible Hulk, the audacity of Thor: Love and Thunder and the overall success of Phase 4 so far. Also, as this episode was recorded prior to the release of Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, we give our theories on what to expect from that film. On this week's episode Nick and Ryan have a rousing discussion about the most recent Disney+ Star Wars series, Obi-Wan Kenobi. It is fair to say that Nick and Ryan have decidedly different takes on the success of this series. We  breakdown what each of us thinks works (Ewan!), what doesn't (Hayden!) and everything in between. We also try and answer the most difficult question about this series; did we need this? Other topics include the legend that is Jimmy Smits, the oddly prolific film career of The Red Hot Chili Peppers' Flea and Ryan's pitch for a Star Wars West Wing.

In this week's episode Nick and Ryan discuss the finale of season one of Moon Knight. We'll check out how it all wraps up, what might be on tap for season two and, most importantly, the introduction of an amazing new superhero. And of course, it wouldn't be a discussion of Moon Knight if we didn't dote on Oscar Isaac just a little bit because, I mean, come on?

After a multitude of technical issues and a number of delays we are finally back to discuss the penultimate episode of Marvel's Moon Knight, Asylum. In this episode Nick and Ryan will do a deep dive into all the shocking, unexpected and heartbreaking events of this episode and the masterful ways in which they unfold. We would also like to apologize for the audio quality of this episode. We encountered some technical difficulties and though we did our best to correct them there may be several moments with some audible glitches. Happy Star Wars Day, listeners! In honor of today being May the 4th and as a lead up to the release of the new series Obi Wan, on this special bonus episode Nick and Ryan discuss the most recent entry in the Disney+ Star Wars television universe, The Book of Boba Fett. We'll discuss our thoughts on the entirety of the series including what worked, (Tuscan Raiders!) what didn't (Rankor King Kong) and where this all fits within the overall Mandalorian universe. It's Spring Cleaning Week here at the Multiverse of Nerdness! This week we present the long lost finale to our Avengers Endgame retrospective. In this episode Nick and Ryan focus on the third act of the film and all the joyous moments therein. We'll discuss all our favorite moments of the epic finale from the hilarious to the heartbreaking and the implications for what comes next in the MCU.  

We are finally (FINALLY!) back with our deep dive into the season finale of Hawkeye, So This is Christmas? In this episode Nick and Ryan will breakdown all the showdowns, conclusions and oh so many track suits that occur in this jam packed hour of television. Topics include;  what might be next for these characters, where a potential season 2 could go, and the ambitious (or perhaps over-ambitious?) nature of Phase 4 of the MCU.
