Bill Caswell talks rallying WRC Mexico in a $500 BMW, THAT Monaco F1 weekend, Sharpie dicks and the upcoming film about his epic adventures
Josh is away this week so Lindsay gallantly hit record all by herself to chat with Bill Caswell; that-guy-who-entered-WRC-Mexico-in-a-shit-$500-BMW-and-actually-didn't-die (yup). Also on the agenda: the weekend we both ended up at Monaco F1, got hideously drunk with the Mercedes engineers and got creative with a bunch of Sharpies. And how Jeremy Renner bought the rights to his story and is making it all into a lovely film. Hollywood loves an underdog. Plus, details on the latest offering from The Motorsport Collective: our 'One Hour of Power' online advice sessions for race competitors, race teams and anyone in motorsport who needs to give their PR, marketing, social media, sponsorship or press coverage a big kick up the ass. Keep an eye on www.themotorsportcollective.com for details on how you can access our expertise at a fraction of the cost of hiring your own marketing/ PR/ sponsorship agency and get results off the track, as well as on it. #win

Working in Motorsport - Sh*t Happens
Ever wondered what it's really like working in motorsport? Grab a chair, this might take some time. Your hosts Lindsay Orridge and Josh Gudgeon have worked in the motorsport industry for over 20 years - for the most part together working for Monster Energy. They've been there, seen it, done it and they're here to dispel the myth that working in motorsport is glamorous. Today's guest is Mikey Neale, Welsh motocross wizard and motorsport filming legend and director of 2015's Fear Not MX film - available now to download on iTunes. From filming disasters with rallycross cars and speedway bikes, to (foolishly) being the responsible person looking after Lewis Hamilton's F1 championship winning racesuit, to the all-too-common motorsport hazard of finding a drunk naked stranger in your hotel room, this is the reality of working in the motorsport industry. Doesn't sound so glamorous after all, does it?
