I will give you a brief description into each but ultimately it will come down to your own personal preference & which account will suit you best. An ISA is an individual Savings Account which was introduced by the government in 1999, it is used as a method for retail investors (you & me) to save and invest without receiving income tax or capital gains tax.  I believe if you wish to save or invest then this is an extremely financially savvy way to do it. For most of us we will never come close to saving or investing more than 20k a year. Over a long period of time the gains within these accounts could be substantial.   Remember! But never give up! So here is three simple steps you can implement to help get through these feelings that I have found to help me. Remember! Take a breath – 3 breaths consisting of 10 seconds each, at the end of the last breath you shall say this two shall pass! Say it again & again until you believe it! Assess the situation - So why do you feel like giving up? Pinpoint what is leading to these emotions! Implement a Plan - The plan will make the tasks more manageable! For me it was simply prioritising what was essential for the now & what could come later when the workload died off a bit. Hello Everyone & Welcome to the very first episode of The MoneyMotive Podcast. I thought about starting podcasting last year & have only now built up the courage to finally get started, i have always been a bit of an introvert growing up, i have set podcasting as a new challenge that will encourage & create personal growth whilst sharing & inspiring others with my knowledge. I have a passion for learning about money, many of us believe that money is something we simply earn & then exchange for an item, product or service of choice that will usually depreciate in value over time.
