About Our Guest:
Steve Bishopp has over 25 years of experience in financial planning. He graduated from NAU in 1993 with a BA in general studies, a minor in economics and a theme in education. He joined SJI right out of college with Jim Bishopp, founder and president and also brother, recruited Steve to come to the firm.
Steve became an Investment Advisor Representative with Voya Financial Advisors in 2008. He works with employees of higher education, first responders and several doctors’ offices. He focuses on comprehensive financial planning including but not limited to retirement planning, asset allocation, and insurance analysis. He also has extensive knowledge of state retirement plans, optional retirement plans, tax sheltered annuities, traditional and Roth IRA‘s, various compensation plans, and 401(k) plans.
