ModevUX Preview: Cory Hudson on Open Web Powered Animations
Cory Hudson is a seasoned dude. He has been a Sr. Creative Director for AOL for the past 8 years, managing the company's digital advertising platforms and development. He also serves as the HTML5 Chair of the IAB's Digital Advertising Initative. In his time at AOL, Cory's seen best practices and standards within the digitial ad landscape change quite a bit. While Flash used to be the standard-bearer for animations used in digital ads, the shift has now been toward using a cocktail of HTML5, Javascript, and other open web technologies.
