Today, I’m sharing the four unique phases of the female hormone cycle with you, which are often thought of in seasons: spring (follicular), summer (ovulation), fall (luteal), and winter (menstrual). As certain hormones rise and fall in our bodies over the course of our 28-day cycle, different strengths and motivations come forward that we can optimize and support through mindfulness, food, and exercise.
