The No-Excuses Easy Way to Lose 40 Pounds in the Next 6 Months
High achievers and entrepreneurs are the busiest people on the planet. It can be a challenge to tick off the daily checklist AND keep fitness as a priority, too. But here’s the thing… If you skip out on nutrition and working out, your high performance is going to become mediocre at best—and fast! You’ll burn out. You’ll run out of fuel. You’ll sit and stare at your screen for two hours and get nothing done. All right, if you can relate, something needs to change. If you want a high-octane lifestyle, you’ve got to prepare yourself for it. How can you get in shape and stay in shape but not lose out on life? This episode of the Million Dollar Body Podcast has a 7-step method for you to lose 20 to 40 pounds over the next six months—without huge changes to your busy schedule. It’s the simple way (OK, but it’s not always easy). Here are those 7 steps… Start with a framework for food that works with your body. Lose that first 10 pounds, get bored with what you’re eating, and start fine-tuning your meals. Add in just 10 minutes of walking after every meal. Start scheduling in two resistance training sessions per week. When weight loss plateaus, add a third day of that training. Add in a high-nutrient post-workout meal. And when you’re ready to lose the last little bit, add in cardio! Adding in these 7 things and stick with what works for you. It’s easier than you think, and it sets you up for everyday success.
