Welcome back to The Midnight Cinephile.  This is the first full episode in a few months.  Things are back on track so let's rock & roll.  I've been playing with the format a little bit and I hope you dig the new sound.  In this week's episode:   Pixilated Horrors:  This week we take a look at an obscure horror game for the NES called Monster Party.  It's a wonky ride that's a hell of a lot of fun.  Join me as I tell you all about it! Cinephile Talk:  The main portion of the podcast where we talk about films, tv, etc.  This week I'm joined by my lovely wife and we discuss the Babadook, From A Whisper To A Scream, Cellar Dweller & Lucio Fulci's The Beyond. Monster Mag Time Warp:  This week we go back to issue #12 of Fangoria Magazine.  We read Bob Martin's editorial concerning the backlash that came regarding the amound of gore being shown in the magazine.  We also take a look at The Monster Invasion which was giving the goods on a bunch of up and coming flicks you may or may not have heard of.   This new format is still a work in progress and there are things that I would like to add and things I may remove.....and I'd love to hear your feedback and find out what you'd like to hear on the podcast!
