HOW TO GET BACK ON TRACK WITH YOUR FITNESS!! Getting back on track is hard, it’s very very hard. But you know what.. It’s also necessary! In this video I lay out my 4 big ideas on how you can get back on track with your fitness, training and diet. The 4 big ideas: 1. Think about how you fell off the wagon. Think about this and reverse engineer the cause of you falling off of it. This can never happen agian. 2. You’re only one bite, meal, or decision away of an whole new life!!! You can make the conscious decision to make a proper change!!! 3. Track everything! This to me as a coach is the BEST tool out there to get back on track with your fitness. If you need to track everything, that’s what it takes. Put in the work. 4.Hire a coach. If you can’t get yourself into the gym because you don’t know what to do. Hire yourself a coach and make the decision to invest into it. You can always make a change and hiring a coach will increase the odds of you getting back on track forever! What to do when you’re obese. (or overweight)
WHAT TO DO WHEN YOU’RE OBESE? Obesity has become a true epidemic and that HAS to STOP. We as a society need to double check our behavior and what we’re doing with our body and life. To me, obesity is more than just being fat.. It show a lack of taking yourself serious. Here are the 6 steps you can take in order to take back control of your life!! 1 Accept reality. I know, this seems harsh but if you don’t accept the reality that you live in you will NEVER be able to make a change. You need to acknowledge that you messed up over the last years but that doesn’t mean you’re not going to make a change. YOU ARE GOING TO MAKE A CHANGE 2 Take ownership of the situation. You are the only person who’s able to create a change so you’d better take ownership of the situation and tell yourself. Let’s go baby, let’s make a change!! 3 Seek Help, Without any help you’re not going to make it, there so much that goes into battling obesity so please, seek help from the outside, preferably a coach. 4 SIGNS YOU’RE GOING TO SUCCEED IN YOUR FITNESS JOURNEY!!! I always tend to see 4 things in people who are going to succeed in their fitness journey, fitness is actually pretty simple. It’s like math. Notice that I didn’t say it is easy. Fitness is never easy. NEVER. We can make it very simple for you we can tell you what you have to do, but at the end of the day YOU need to execute. Let’s sum the 4 signs up: 1. You plan your training sessions. If you plan your workout sessions in your day, if you can tell yourself I’m going to workout at this and this time, you’re setting yourself up for success. 2. Your relationship with food is GREAT. You need to have an awesome relationship with food. What is a relationship with food? The way you treat food, the way you think about food, the way you deal with free food, the way you deal with binge eating etc. If you can manage your thoughts about food, you’re stepping in the elevator for success in fitness! 3. Have a plan! If you don’t have a plan you end up freestyling and freestyling in the gym is a NO GO. You go to the gym with a purpose and that purpose is to train your butt of and be focussed on your training. If you ‘re focussed on your training because you need to think about how many reps and sets you need to be doing, that’s taking away from your focus in the actual training sets SO GET YOURSELF A PROPER PLAN!!! 4. Your Motivation is something that you’re emotionally connected to. If you can find something that you’re emotionally connected to and makes you work harder in the gym, you will work your BUTT OFF in the gym, it’s that insane!!! -NEW HERE?- Hi!!
