Clinical EFT and When to Use Different Kinds of Therapy with Jess Johnson
On this episode of The Marriage Life Coach Podcast, one of my clients and colleagues, Jess Johnson comes on to talk all things thoughts, creating an easier life for yourself, and why EFT (tapping) is so powerful. Jess is a former social worker who is also a behavioral health officer in the Army for five years, and when she left the Army, she became a certified EFT practitioner.  Between her history in therapy and her current career in life coaching and EFT or tapping, she is one brilliant heart and mind.  We talk about how life can BE hard at times, but it also gets easier.. And how we are allowed to choose easy solutions for ourselves without feeling guilt or shame.  I loved talking about different modalities and how they can help you when you need different kinds of support in your life. Whether it’s coaching or therapy or a simple tool to help you feel better.  Listen now, you don’t want to miss it! Find full show notes and links to resources at http://maggiereyes.com/podcast/131

Living a Delicious Life with Laura Conley
On this episode of The Marriage Life Coach Podcast, one of my Yummy Mummy friends comes to dive deep into all things food, relationships, anger and cupcakes. Laura Conley is a life and weight loss coach who turns your inner dialogue into your best friend and hype girl, rather than a negative energy that brings you down.   We talk about how the innocence of children is so magical and beautiful, and how we kind of lose that along the way- but more importantly how to get back to that.  You know how we check in with our spouses regularly about what’s going on and what our plans are for the weekend or vacation? Why don’t we do that with our own body? Or our own thoughts? In this episode we make talking about our relationship with ourselves more loving, caring and of course, delicious! Understanding Your Stress Cycles with Maria Victoria Albina
On this episode of The Marriage Life Coach Podcast, one of my dear friends comes to chat about how deeply stress and cortisol can impact our marriages, relationships and life in general.  Maria Victoria Albina is a delightful genius  whom I absolutely adore and I know you will too.  She has SO many letters after her name that I couldn’t possibly list them all here.   I think the most important is that she is a somatic and cognitive based coach whose focus is to reconnect you to your most fulfilling passions, to connect with your inner thoughts and say goodbye to anything that doesn’t serve you.  In this episode we talk about gazelles (yes. Gazelles. ;-))  and how understanding their stress cycles can help us understand our own, along with two of the tools I teach inside The Marriage MBA, Stress Cycle Awareness and Soul-Centered Communication.  Also, Competency Crush. Have you ever heard of it? I hadn’t either, but now it’s my new favorite!  In this episode we make talking about stress juicy, sexy and hilarious; listen now. Doing What Feels Right with Jackie De Crinis
On this episode of The Marriage Life Coach Podcast, one of my dear friends comes to chat about the role of intuition in our careers and relationships, surviving versus actually enjoying your life, and how sometimes we live an amazing LOOKING life while we are actually struggling on the inside, and of course, navigating that.  Jackie De Crinis is a veteran TV executive who has worked on some of my favorite shows, some even receiving Emmys and Golden Globes. She eventually found herself burnt out from show biz and decided to become a life coach. After her friends and family questioned her choice, they now see that coaching is her calling.   In this episode we share an amazing story about some your favorite USA shows like White Collar and Royal Pains and also talk about Soul-Centered Communication, Self Love, and Thought Work. Understanding Does Not Equal Love with Bobbie M.
On this episode of The Marriage Life Coach Podcast, one of my amazing students, Bobbi, joins me to talk about the Marriage Mindset Makeover and how we do not have to understand someone completely in order to love them. Bobbi is a refreshing and delightful open book about her relationship and how she has used the tools she learned in the program to really dig deep and fight FOR her relationship. We are all gloriously and imperfectly human at the end of the day, and sometimes,  we don't even understand ourselves, so it really is okay if our partners don't understand every part of us. They really can love us anyway. And we can love them too. Even if some parts of them remain a mystery.  On this episode we also talk about the Power of One, Fresh Starts and Do-Overs, Self Coaching and Thought Work. It is a juicy one!
