TLS #350: Q+A: Knowing When You Are in Flow, My Current Alignment Time + Starting Over with IV
Welcome back to the Lively Show! It’s Chelsea here, the producer of the podcast and I’m excited to share with you the ins and outs of episode 350 with Jess! In this episode, Jess answers 19 more questions that she received from all of you amazing souls withinthe Lively Community App! A few questions Jess answers touch on are how do we know we really are in flow, what she is currently reading, what it’s like to be traveling during the age of COVID,  how she is feeling after releasing the bean bags, and so much more. My personal favourite is when Jess discusses which questions we should be asking our inner voice when we think we are ready to start a business, or for pretty much any other question we may have. She brilliantly explains that if your inner voice is not guiding you towards it yet, then it means that it’s not time for it, yet. In other words, when the inner voice wants it, it will make it clear to you. You just have to be ready and open for the conversation. P.S.: Our Lively Community App has grown to a community of over 1,300 of you! Make sure to download the app now. Available through the app store on any mobile device    What’s discussed in this episode… 00:40: Updates on the IVFT and the IBT 04:09: Q1: How has Jess’s channel, health, and wellbeing shifted since releasing all those bean bags? 07:01: Q2: How do you know you are really in flow?                         08:34: Q3: How does Jess’s channel her Bibbidi-Bobbidi-Boo in her podcast episodes?                 12:13: Q4: What does alignment look like for Jess these days?              22:23: Q5: What are Jess’s thoughts on the Akashic Records?    24:17: Q6: Jess’ advice for someone who’s releasing bean bags but dealing with bad emotions        24:41: Q7: What questions would you ask your IV when wanting to pursue a new business idea?         28:13: Q8: What is the motivation to shift more into the IV on a daily basis?                 33:28: Q9: Does Jess’ mind still get attached to desires and get stressed out?                                         35:16: Q10: What’s Jess’ favourite thing to eat these days?             36:02: Q11: What is a typical day for Jess when she’s not running a course?         37:13: Q12: How would Jess use her IV to start over?      38:34: Q13: How does Jess travel with such financial freedom?                  41:33: Q14: What is Jess currently reading?                    42:15: Q15: How is it like to travel in the age of Corona?             49:04: Q16: What are Jess’s go-to ways to let go and surrender?                         50:30: Q17: What is your human design?                 55:32: Q18: Can Jess talk about the experience of being in other realms?         57:06: Q19: Can we hear about Belize?           LISTEN TO THE SHOW     The post TLS #350: Q+A: Knowing When You Are in Flow, My Current Alignment Time + Starting Over with IV appeared first on Jess Lively.

TLS #349: How the Inner Voice Convinced the Mind to Flow to Belize
Hello and welcome back to the Lively Show! It’s Chelsea here, the producer of the podcast and I’m excited to share with you the ins and outs of episode 349 with Jess… In this episode of the Flow Diaries, we get to hear how Jess’s inner voice convinced her mind to flow to Belize. She also covers multiple topics such as how an unexpected change of flights led her to meet someone unexpectedly, her visa’s application outcome, when she can expect to go back to Portugal as a resident, and much more. My favorite part of this episode is when Jess describes how an unexpected change in flights that was proposed to her by the airline company aligned perfectly with the flow of all things. If it weren’t for that change of flights, she wouldn’t have crossed paths with an American that was heading towards the same destination as her and ended up being an enormous help for Jess. TLS #348: All About IVFT from a Recent IVFT Grad’s Perspective
Hello and welcome to Episode 348 of the Lively Show! This is a special episode, as we get to hear from one Jess’s inner voice facilitator students, Lauren Ciesco. For someone who had previously considered themselves to have a“controlled mind”, it’s interesting to hear how she was led to finding her inner voice to actually becoming a facilitator.  The most amazing part is that through finding her inner voice, Lauren was able to release bean bags, overcome her eating disorder, find guidance for her business, and actually experience bliss. In this episode, you’ll also get amazing insight into what it’s like to go through Inner Voice Facilitator Training and how it can help to change your business life, plus many more golden nuggets on finding your inner voice from Lauren. What’s discussed in this episode… 13:36: An Inner Voice facilitator experience 15:37: Who is Inner Voice facilitating for?  19:48: Details on the Inward Bound Retreat Program 22:17: Q&A call announcement 27:16: Lauren’s backstory 32:50: Lauren’s first session with Jess and her inner voice 40:00: What it was like to go through Inner Voice Facilitator Training  53:31: How Lauren started to get in touch with her Inner Voice after training 57:55: Differentiating between source and restlessness 1:02:44: How this work has changed Lauren’s business life 1:15:32: Inner voice as a tool for a coach 1:19:34: What is a belief? Welcome back to the Lively Show! It’s Chelsea here, the producer of the podcast and I’m excited to share with you the ins and outs of episode 347 with Jess… This Flow Diaries episode is dedicated to Jess’s first few weeks of 2021. She covers multiple topics such as her experience with having COVID,dealing with unexpected alignments, the different countries her inner voice has been pushing her to visit, the importance of slowing down for having deeper realizations, and much more. My favorite part of this episode is when Jess describes how COVID may have been difficult on her body, but it was the perfect entry-way to slowing down. She saw the time that she was bed-ridden as a positive experience where she got to step down from the online presence and connect with the stillness within herself. So what are you waiting for? TLS #346: Q&A: Flow in My Daily Life, Handling Romantic Rejection, Two Manifesting Methods + Mind vs. Inner Voice
Hello and welcome to episode 346 of the Lively Show with Jess. I’m Chelsea, the podcast producer, and let me tell you, this episode is one you don’t want to miss! Jess brings you another Q&A edition of the podcast where she answers questions mostly related to releasing blocks and resistance. As you know, Jess speaks a lot about following our inner voice, right? Well, in this episode, a community member brought up an amazing point: How do we know the difference between our inner voice and our thinking mind? As well as, when do we draw the line between  surrendering to something crappy vs. striving for what we deserve? And, are we genuinely waiting for the right opportunity to flow, or are we procrastinating due to our ego and fear of failure? Tune into the entire episode to find out! The Questions Jess Answers in the Episode:  1:23 – Community updates inside the Lively Community App available in the app store on all mobile devices 3:34 –  Q1: How was Jess’s experience of finding coaching clients different (before vs. after living in flow)? 17:57 – Q2: What are Jess’s thoughts on seasonal depression and flowing through dark emotional seasons? 22:44 – Q3: What is the best way to release blocks and resistance to things you’d like to manifest? 23:37 – Q4: How do you know it’s the authentic inner voice and not just the thinking mind? 25:40 – Q5: What was Jess’s mental process of healing a wart? 31:13 – Q6: What’s Jess’s daily life like in Portugal: community and leisure?   38:21 – Q7: How does Jess use manifestation to attract business opportunities and social connections? 52:21 – Q8: What advice does Jess have for someone that is about to start a podcast? 52:52 – Q9: As Jess released old belief patterns or blocks, was there a change on what turned her on? 55:24 – Q10: Am I genuinely waiting for the right opportunity to flow, or am I procrastinating due to my ego and fear of failure? 57:06 – Q11: Thoughts on bean bags and methods to release them? 58:23 – Q12: What is the best way of coping with dating and the feeling of rejection?    1:06:10] Q13: When do you draw the line between  surrendering to something crappy vs. striving for what you deserve? 1:12:41 – With Jess’s present knowledge of flow and intuition, what would Jess tell her 19 year-old college self and what would she do differently?   LISTEN TO THE SHOW     The post TLS #346: Q&A: Flow in My Daily Life, Handling Romantic Rejection, Two Manifesting Methods + Mind vs. Inner Voice appeared first on Jess Lively.

TLS #345: Q&A: Easter Egg Hunts & Finding Your Why
Welcome back to the Lively Show! It’s Chelsea here, the producer of the podcast and I’m excited to share with you the ins and outs of episode 345 with Jess! In this episode, Jess answers 6 out of the 36 questions we received from all of you through the Lively Community App. My personal favorite is when Jess addresses the question of “what  should I study in University if I want to make money?”. She gives a different perspective on why we may be following the path of“more money” in our lives.  In fact, we are actually trying to manifest something much larger than that, as money tends to flow once we find our “why”. The best way to find our “why”? Allowing ourselves to indulge in the blessed gift of living in the unknown and following our intuitions will result in our “why” coming to us.  P.S.: Our Lively Community App has grown to a community of over 1,300 of you! TLS #344: The Collective Is Back!
Welcome to episode 344 of The Lively Show! And guess what? The Collective is back! In this episode, Jess is joined by Annie Francouer where the two speak as the Collective answering questions sent by the Coco community (which the fourth round will be launching on January 13th!). Annie was initially an inner-voice client of Jess’s and all of a sudden, during an Inner Voice session, the Collective appeared through her. How amazing is that?! But wait…what is the collective? It’s a group of non-physical entities channeled by Annie! And the questions asked and answered in this episode revolve around human design, going beyond our framework, and of course, the inner voice. My personal favorite part of the episode was Annie discussing the importance of feeling still and putting ourselves in the Creator’s shoes. She hit home when she said every single human being has the potential to see and think for themselves and to chose love over fear. P.S. The questions were submitted by the community in the Lively Community App so don’t forget to join now! Available through the app store on any mobile device 🙂 What we discuss: [05:54] What does the collective think of Human Design? [08:53] Using human design effectively and ineffectively [16:40] What to expect in 2021 [20:46] The Collective’s expectation for mass consciousness this year [25:16] Finding purpose and meaning [28:19] Does the Inner Voice have an Inner Voice? [31:31] Does consciousness exist or manifest as multiple dimensions? [38:40] How do we learn to trust our hearts and inner voice? [40:48] Do souls need to be healed? TLS #343: How to Stop Mental Looping + The Biggest Flow that “Didn’t Go”
Welcome back to the Lively Show! It’s Chelsea here, the producer of the podcast and I’m excited to share with you the ins and outs of episode 343 with Jess! What I believe to be the highlight of this episode is Jess’s recap of a recent small gathering she had at her new apartment in Lisbon. She discusses how she was “looping” and “projecting” as she found herself questioning whether or not her guests were having a good time or if they even liked her. These thoughts led her to peel back some layers and come to the realization that what she’s really doing is creating her own narrative for each person in the room. I love how she compares it to a T.V. show that she’s running in her mind. This really helped me become aware of how I’m doing this in my own life and how I need to create greater awareness for when I’m creating false narratives. Jess also dives into what she calls her “Flow Dairies” where she tells us about her days spent in Portugal and the things that seem to be aligning in her life. Plus, we get an awesome update on the brand-new Lively Community App that you definitely don’t want to miss out on! You can download it now by searching it in the App Store on any mobile device.    LISTEN TO THE SHOW     The post TLS #343: How to Stop Mental Looping + The Biggest Flow that “Didn’t Go” appeared first on Jess Lively.

I’m Back! Where I’m Living Now and What I’ve Been Up to Lately
Welcome back to the Lively Show. This is Chelsea here, the new producer of the podcast! I’m excited to be here with Jess bringing you season seven…or is it season eight? Or, maybe it’s season six? Jess has lost track! But whatever season it is, we are here in the now and she’s back bringing you brand-new episodes. Woohoo! But, this season will be different than before…This season of the podcast is going to align with the season of life Jess is currently in. She’s living in Portugal and loves the ebb and flow that has come along with it. Which means, the podcast is going to ebb and flow, too! Episodes will release when she feels inspired, and also, they will simply be a casual chat about life. Life feels too serious these days, so let’s keep it light and fun!  In this episode, Jess gets you up to speed on everything that is happening in her life and within the Lively community! But, the most exciting thing she shares is the official launch of the Lively Community app. Say what?! That’s right, we have launched a free app just for the Lively community. You can think about it like a hybrid between Facebook and Instagram. It’s essentially our living room for us to connect. There are different threads and groups for you to join to discuss the topics you’re most interested in with other people within the Lively community who are just as interested as you are! The Lively team truly believes this is the one thing we have been missing. I know many of us may not have other friends or family who we can connect with on the things we’re most passionate about, right? And the team knows from seeing you all connect at live events that you truly thrive when you’re together. So now, you can head over to the App Store on any mobile device and get connected with the rest of the community now! TLS #341: Why I’ve Been Quiet, Why I’m Going Inward, And What’s Next For The Lively Show
Hello my friends! This week I’m catching you up on where I’ve been – and on what’s coming next. I’ve been quiet on Instagram lately, and in this episode, I’ll explain a bit more about why. I’ll discuss how it feels to go deeply inward, what it feels to shed traits that you thought you “had” to have, and what’s been going through my mind these days. I also want to especially highlight in this episode that no matter what happens in this world – especially as we experience such an intense year – you can always turn to your inner voice for guidance on how to heal and help others. So I’m sharing a few refresher tips on how to tap into that infinite wisdom.  Whether we talk again next week, next month, or next year, may something wonderful happen to you today. 🙂   “Your inner voice knows it’s the ocean in a drop. TLS #340: How To Help Friends In A Crisis, The Meaning Of Shame, & How To Support Your Kids Through Health Issues with the Collective
This episode is a Lively Show first: a recording of a call with The Collective Collective! You’ll hear The Collective, channeled by Annie Francoeur, answer questions from CoCo members about recent events and all kinds of heart issues. The Collective guides us through the question of what, if anything, the COVID-19 pandemic means for humanity, and how to help people who are suffering in this time. We touch on decision making, karma, lucky numbers, the power of prayer, and how humans can get stuck in the same loops over and over. We take a look at shame and fear, and the intense amount of power those emotions can have over people. We also have a powerful conversation on how parents can support their kids through health issues or struggles – this part made me tear up! I’m so happy to share this episode with you, and I hope the supportive group energy of the session lifts you up!   “Safety is in you. Safety is how solid you feel inside of your own self. TLS #339: An Inner Voice Conversation On Race With Nicole Perkins, An Inner Voice Facilitator of Color
This week’s episode is a conversation with the inner voice of Nicole Perkins, a brilliant and talented IVFT facilitator of color. In processing the killing of George Floyd and the centuries of systemic racism that led up to it, many minds are confronting painful questions right now. How do inner beings perceive racism, injustice, and trauma? In this episode, Nicole’s inner voice offers insight on the emotional weight that many people of color carry, how inner beings perceive white privilege, and how to raise kids during this time in human history – among many other important topics. Thank you Nicole for sharing this conversation with us!     “We love you and we honor you…Just be with the feelings that you’re feeling. TLS #338: What Happened When I Did My Own Inner Voice Session with An IVFT Grad
Hello my friends! In today’s episode, I’m sharing a clip of what happened when I did my own inner voice session with an IVFT grad! The session drew on both inner voice work and rapid transformational therapy, and I was able to access an inner part of myself that had a whole lot to share. My inner being shared tips about body image, anxiety, death, and some of the fears our minds hold onto over the years. My inner being also explained a metaphor I’ve never heard before that I am SO excited for you to hear – it’s a great way to better understand the essence of our inner being. I can’t wait for you to hear it!     “The completeness they’re looking for is in themselves. But the mind doesn’t realize that for a really long time. TLS #337: How I’ve Been Going Beyond The Mind During COVID-19
Hello my friends! Today I’m touching base on what I’ve been up to – and what I’ve been letting go of lately. This downtime in Hawaii has me pondering what you might call “area specific alignment,” and how the mind tends to find ease in some areas of lives but not others. In today’s episode, I’m using some examples to explain this topic and how it can relate to your experiences with the law of attraction. If you’ve ever found yourself looking for external joy or validation surrounding an issue in your life, you’ll totally relate. I’m explaining how I’ve kept trust in abundance through career changes, made peace with my body, and changed how I experience my own vision of myself in the mirror. I’m sharing what deep trust in yourself and the universe feels like, how you might be feeling something similar in your own life, and how to notice energy leaks. During this season when so many of us are reassessing priorities, confronting old limiting beliefs, and spending a whole lot of time alone with our minds, I hope this episode offers you a new way to approach this chapter of life. Here’s how I’m going beyond the mind even in this unprecedented time – and shedding thoughts that don’t serve me along the way. TLS #336: How To Shed Family Patterns, Why We Have Addictions, & How To Release Ourselves From Them with The Collective
This week we’re back with the Collective, channeled by Annie Francoeur! Today the Collective is helping us sort through the patterns and habits we get “stuck” in – and how to flow beyond them. We talk about how deep-rooted patterns can take shape within families, and how the mind’s tendency to be judgmental can relate to that. We also cover addictive and obsessive habits around things like food, drinking, online shopping, or whatever the addiction might be for you. (I know lots of humans are struggling with this during this locked-down phase of life!) If you happened to see my stories this week, you know I’ve been reflecting on my own 9-year experience with eating issues, and what it meant for me to finally release those issues a few years ago. This topic is coming up for me a lot lately, so I hope that delving into this might help you with any similar experiences you’re having. If you’re in the same boat I was, you’ll definitely want to hear the Collective’s insight. They clarify how to acknowledge the pattern, how you likely picked it up, and to drop your resistance around it. Why do we take on certain roles within our families? Why does the mind create limiting narratives about the type of person we “have” to be? Why does the mind forget that we’re never unloved or alone? It’s all covered in this episode. I can’t wait for you to hear it!         “You came in as a spark of life wanting to incarnate in a body. And that spark of life is connected to all that is. It is connected to the higher intelligence that is creating everything that you see, everything that you don’t see….Click To Tweet       LISTEN TO THE SHOW     The post TLS #336: How To Shed Family Patterns, Why We Have Addictions, & How To Release Ourselves From Them with The Collective appeared first on Jess Lively.

TLS #335: Let’s Catch Up – What I’ve Been Up To, Emotional Beanbags, Where I’m Finding Inspiration, & What Selfies And Design Have In Common
Hello my friends! Consider this episode a little catch-up WhatsApp voice note from me to you 🙂 I’m checking in after a few weeks away from the show to fill you in on what I’ve been up to and why I haven’t been sharing new episodes. We’re talking IVFT facilitator training, inner selfies, and how I’ve been exploring my mind’s resistance to photographing myself. I’m also sharing some thoughts on releasing emotional beanbags, or what Eckhart Tolle calls the pain-body, including an opportunity to do it yourself in the next few weeks! If you’ve ever wondered why I’ve never done an episode on beanbag releasing, I’m explaining why today. I also touch on how I’ve been finding design inspiration during this time when most of us can’t explore new places or hang out at cafes. LS#334: Q+A: “Slow” Manifestations, Inner Selfies, Overcoming Skin/Food Sensitivities, & Lady Butts
This week’s episode of TLS is a Q&A. I’m answering several questions about the inner voice and diving into a series of personal stories I’ve never shared on the show before. We’re talking about “inner selfies” after years of resistance to taking my own picture, singing, and what my mind has to say about lady butts. (Yep, really!) I also offer up some more in-depth stories about my experience moving beyond food sensitivity and skin issues. I touch on why the mind sometimes wants to dissociate and judge others, especially in times of stress, and I share an experience from my teenage years that forever changed my priorities. I also share my take on “slow” manifestations that take longer to flow, and the potential positives of that experience. I hope this episode gives you a smile! Let’s go to the show. : )           “I just get to trust that whatever is meant to be will come. And that it’s happening for me, not against me. So it’s all about how I look at it, and how much my mind surrenders to what is, and doesn’t fight it, and is optimistic…Click To Tweet “All judgement lives in the mind.” – @JessCLivelyClick To Tweet   IN THIS EPISODE YOU’LL FIND OUT ABOUT   When you are talking to your inner voice and don’t hear an answer, is it because you are not ready to hear an answer or a mental block? Is it ok to hear yes or no responses when talking to your inner voice? What role does your mind play in your life? What’s the difference between detachment and traumatic dissociated detachment? Now that you’re used to living in flow, is there anything your mind still resists? What questions do you ask your inner voice when you feel nervous? How can we learn to lean on and rely on our inner voice instead of fear in these scary times? How do you change your story and vibes on your food sensitivity? What do you delight in most? TLS #333: The Show About Death with The Collective
Friends, in this episode, we are going THERE: we’re talking all about death. Today the Collective, the nonphysical entity channeled by Annie Francoeur, is offering their unique wisdom on what happens when we die, and why humans are so afraid of it. In this conversation, the Collective gives us a peek at some of the truths we should know about death, and how acknowledging that our time on earth is limited can lead us to a much more fulfilling experience. The Collective also explains how to process the coronavirus pandemic, a time where we are seeing more death at once then we’re used to – and how to use this period of uncertainty to grow. We share some helpful metaphors to make it easier to understand the process of transitioning into death, and explore how to explain it to young people. The Collective also explains who our “committee” is (you’ll love it), what death has to do with roller coasters, and how to honor the lives of late loved ones.
