3.1.23 Solo Episode with Chris Liddle on Intentionally Connecting, Being Grateful and Chasing Your Potential
In the spirit of getting back on track with regular episodes, I recorded a solo episode for you today. First of all, I want to thank you for being here. I also want to thank everyone who has helped me along the way. Some of you are mentioned in the podcast, but I already can think of many people that I would have mentioned if you have me 5 more hours. I spared you though. You allow me to barge into your inbox and your ear holes like I own the place and I really appreciate that. It gets easy to forget about the things we have to be grateful for, and about the helpers we have in life. I’m sure if you’re anything like me, you forget from time to time. Today’s episode is about remembering, and then taking care of those connections as best as you can. I’ll keep the shownotes short, but while you’re here → some current events in the world of Chris Liddle. If you’re looking for an in-person trainer and you are able to get to Evolve Strength South in Edmonton, I’d love to work with you. If you are a bit further away, or want to try something that allows you to train wherever and whenever, connect with me about remote training. It’s straightforward, my dad figured it out and he’s more of a tree and cow guy than a computer and phone guy so you can totally do it too. I’ve had the pleasure of working with people across the United States and in Western Canada. I’ve worked with people as young as 13 to as old as 70. It’s amazing what can happen for a person when they have someone in their corner. I’ve seen a lot of cool things in this career so far and would love to help you be a part of that.If you’d like to work with me, you can fill out this form here - from there, we’ll do a zoom call to see what’s next for you. Lastly - thank you for being a part of The Lifestyle Chase Podcast. I’ll be doing more solo episodes like this in the future. Stay tuned. This is a public episode. Lee Boyce on Focussing on Things That Matter
This Episode is unique from many because I actually travelled by car then a plane then about 5 busses and a lot of walking all the way to Lee Boyce to record this one. Chris Liddle on Taking Initiative, Taking Risks, and Going for It
Throughout the course of The Lifestyle Chase, this has likely been the least frequent I’ve ever published episodes for the show.So I wanted to release this short and sweet solo episode to explain a little bit of the “behind the scenes”.In short, I’ve been working really hard for the entirety of 2022 and have no plans to slow down the momentum. Some of my priorities will shift towards making time for connecting with friends and family rather than hustling for the next client or trying to cover a bill. With that said, if you listen to this episode, and want to work with me, head to www.invigoratetraining.com or connect with me on IG https://www.instagram.com/christianliddle/.My hope is that as you listen to my progress over the years, it will give you insight that it’s not all sunshine and rainbows for podcast hosts, but that sticking to something long term will inevitably set you apart and it will pay off. To give the show a BOOST on the chart, please leave 5 stars on the Spotify app, rate 5 stars and leave a review on the Apple Podcast app, and share this episode in your IG story on social media. Thanks for listening and we will catch you for the next one! Mark Zarate on Flashback to April 2020 and Moving Forward
