Do I need a website to become an online personal trainer?
This is Casey Miller with fitnessmarketingthatworks.com and here is your question of the day. Do I need a website to become an online personal trainer? This is a really good question. Typically, I would say yes, you need a website to be an online personal trainer just because there's so much that goes into your website and your website can bring you so much traffic later down the road that I really think that you have to have it. But if you're just starting out. I think you could probably get away with just using a Facebook page and then creating a program that you could email those clients. As for payments, you could just use PayPal. You may run into payment issues later down the road if you have a content protected area on your new website that you created but if you use a content protected plugin they usually have a simple payment integration in place and the ones that I have used don't use PayPal. Now back to the question, do you need a website to become an online personal trainer, I think so but starting out I think you can get away with a Facebook page and you can probably take that money that you will have spent on your website and throw that into some targeted ads on Facebook to help you build up some clientele and income. When I first started online personal training, I would have never of thought that you wouldn't need a website but there is now so many different platforms that you could use and I am sure they would work. If you have done this, please send me an email and let me know what your experience has been without having a website as I am sure we would all be interested in learning more. I would just like to say thank you for listening to this question and if you have any other questions yourself, please send an email to email@example.com and I will do the best I can to get those answered for you. If you know anybody that could benefit from this podcast, or my website, please share this with them and send them my way. Thank you and I hope you enjoyed.
