Sam must help a woman stand up to the sexual harassment of her boss and get his coworkers together, while having a rough time dealing with the subject matter of Dr. Ruth's radio shows. Meanwhile, Al gets his own therapy from the real Dr. Ruth in the waiting room as she helps him deal with his fear of abandonment and his inability to tell a woman that he loves her.
