10. Interview with Jeffrey Combs
On today's episode I am honored to interview my business and success coach and mentor Jeffrey Combs. Jeffrey is a best-selling author and successful entrepreneur, who has earned over a million dollars in multiple businesses. However it is his mastery as a success and addiction coach who has personally assisted over 12,000 clients - over 60,000 one-on-one coaching hours - that has allowed him to become one of the most leading experts in the discipline and skill of letting go. Jeffrey has been so instrumental to my own personal success and on-going recovery from emotional addiction, and I know it will be of high value to those of you who may be feeling stuck and unable to move forward in your own lives - so on that note I am so very excited and hope you all can find some great takeaways from our conversation. Enjoy!

9. Interview with Mom of 5, 6-figure earning, Network Marketing professional Stephanie Villers
This week it is my honor to interview proud Wife, Mom of 5, 6-figure earning Network Marketing maven Stephanie Villers. Stephanie is an accomplished fitness professional who has competed professionally, owned her own personal fitness-training business, has been married to her high-school sweet heart since the age of 18 - but it wasn't always a fairy tale for her or her family. They struggled with the trials of having a baby and marriage from an extremely young age, of wanting to create more time together as a family but the demands of her husband's traveling sales job, along with the birth of twins and a growing family, left them emotionally stripped. Listen and learn how Stephanie discovered the potential of Network Marketing and when aligned with the right company, how she was able to create leverage and time-freedom for herself and her family. Her story is a HUGE inspiration to me and I hope you all will find as much value in it as I do! * Income and sales figures earned in our company are not guaranteed and should not be construed as such; income potential is dependent on many factors including the effort and time commitment involved; this podcast should be considered general purpose, inspirational and entertainment purposes only and not instructive or a guarantee of results or income.

8. How to get off the diet-struggle bus
If you are like me, you KNOW the struggle of the on-again, off-again diet-struggle bus. I lived this way for years - starting every Monday, going strong for a few days, then falling off within days. Living this way I was never able to achieve my goals and I was in a perpetual cycle of poor habits and low self-esteem. I even struggled most recently after the birth of my 6th baby. But with some consistent changes in key areas, a re-commitment to feeling great and taking care of myself FIRST - along with the right nutrition system to help me achieve my goals, I was able to get back on track with a healthy lifestyle - and most important - health MINDSET - that has allowed me to feel great and start losing weight and getting my body more in alignment with how I want to show up in the world. Tune in to hear some of my strategies and tips that have worked for me, that I hope can also be of great value to you!

6. Special Guest Interview with LinkedIn guru and best-selling author Scott Aaron
I am extremely honored to feature my first guest on the podcast: Best-Selling author, LinkedIn guru and social media expert Scott Aaron. In addition to these areas of expertise, Scott is a 20 year veteran of the health and wellness industry as a gym owner, personal trainer, sports nutritionist, host of the 'Network Marketing Made Simple' podcast and proud father to a beautiful little boy. I first met Scott almost a year ago, and since working with him over the past few months, have seen my LinkedIn connections grow and have been able to have great conversations around business opportunities with many new people that otherwise I would have never known. Because of my success with his training, I thought it would be valuable for my listeners to hear his story and get to know him. In his life Scott has had to overcome many obstacles, which he shares with us in this episode; having to step up to be the "man of the house" as a young boy when his father went to prison; being bullied in school as a young adult; growing - and then losing - a million-dollar business; two failed marriages - and years of self-development to overcome these challenges. But the lessons he learned along the way - that we CHOOSE our state of mind and whether we want to be a victim or victor in any of these situations in life, helped him overcome. Scott is a natural leader who has been through it all and this comes through in his coaching and how he provides value to his clients. I can’t wait for you all to hear more! Episode 5: Our emotions - events and how we react to them.
Recently I was traveling for a business event and while there, my luggage was taken. Not knowing whether this was by theft or a case of mistaken identity, I could have easily “freaked out”. Instead I remained calm, in control of my emotional reaction and enjoyed the rest of my trip - but it wasn’t long ago that I would have had an entirely different reaction. And it was only with an incredible commitment to self-awareness and personal growth that I was able to reach this more productive state of mind. In this episode, I discuss some of what helped and also what eventually happened to the missing suitcase!

Episode 4: Finding a work-life balance
On this episode we discuss how important it is to find a good work-life balance, and some ways to approach finding the time to fit it all in. Time management makes a huge impact on how you are able to fit in all the demands of modern life - work, fitness, food, family, spouse - all of which demand your time! But you don't have to feel discouraged, if you get intentional with your time you can have time for not only the external things but also to take care of yourself.

Episode 3: My Story
I'm a mom of 6 who, while pregnant and working a full-time career in wealth management, was able to create - in 18 months - a 6-figure income and retire from my job. So many people have asked me "how did you DO IT?" It has become my life's work and mission to help as many moms, dads, families and singles alike, to find a similar path toward time-freedom, wealth, health and happiness -but it didn't happen overnight, without a tremendous amount of work, focus and dedication. And most importantly, it wasn't until I began to spend some time finally dealing with issues from my past that I was able to have emotional breakthroughs and develop the awareness of the habits I was perpetuating that kept me in a state of overwhelm and living largely unfulfilled. I take some time in this episode to explain a little bit of my background so that you can understand where I've come from - that it hasn't always been pretty or perfect - but that with the right choices, attention and time for growth and self-development, you too may begin to have breakthroughs in whatever areas of your life you are wanting more.

Episode 2: Are you committed or are you interested?
In this episode we talk about people quitting before they truly get started - how they start new programs, routines, or businesses with great enthusiasm and even initial success - only to eventually fizzle out and drop out. We peel back the layers and discuss why this can happen and ways to avoid it by getting the right mindset and actually committing yourself to the changes you want to achieve.

We talk about ways to recognize these and how with a simple shift in mindset, you can learn to overcome them.
