Women and Weight Loss: The Problem Nobody Talks About
There’s something coaches aren’t talking about, and it needs to be addressed…⁣⁣It breaks my heart that most of the women on my team were made to feel like they were the ones doing it wrong all along.⁣⁣😕 Coaches said they were underreporting what they were eating.⁣⁣😕 That the 1500 calories they “claimed” to be eating simply isn’t accurate, and that if it was, they would be losing weight, because CALORIE DEFICIT, right?⁣⁣Ladies, I want you to know this.⁣⁣If you’re eating 1,000-1,500 calories a day and are meticulously tracking, so that number is pretty damn accurate, I’M ON YOUR SIDE. 🙋🏼‍♂️⁣- You’re told to eat less and move more.⁣- You’re told to track your food.⁣- You’re told to create a calorie deficit.⁣- And you’re doing it all. Very well.⁣⁣What you AREN'T being told is that you can’t do that forever. You can’t do that for too long at all, before it becomes ineffective.⁣⁣Every single day, I’m helping women like you realize the reason you’re not losing weight is because you’re not eating enough.
