082 The Jojo Show: Snow, Jeter and Snowboarders
After a lengthy delay, we're back with a new show, which features Josh, who joins me via Skype while holed up in a hotel room because of the snow storm. At least he has wonderful art to look at. On this episode, we honor the weather by talking about Philly's decision to not allow you to mark your shoveled out parking spots anymore. Is this good or bad? Derek Jeter goes into Jojo's lothario hall of fame (and there should be one), and we look at the wonderful contrast between the snow boarders and figure skaters at the Winter Games in Sochi.

080 The Jojo Show: Want Ads, Wal Mart, and Froot Loops
After a while, when you're looking for full time work, all the want ads look the same, but when one is different, it's definitely worth sharing with you guys. Also -- forget Florida, WalMart is the new place where weird shit happens, from the Jojo Files, a great 2010 interview with actor John C. Reilly, and the final word on Richard Sherman.

079 The Jojo Show: Snow Hype, Trash Talking and Magic
I can relate to Richard Sherman, I liked to trash talk, the difference being, I had no skill to back it up. My ambivalence to snow makes me rant about the incessant whining people do about it, and from the Jojo Files, it's a 2000 interview with the always entertaining Penn Gillette. Also -- The Bachelor has beady eyes and death comes knocking in Sweden.

078 The Jojo Show: Gilligan's Island Was All A Dadaist Dream
Did a TV show or a movie ever prevent you from doing bad things? Did you see "Trainspotting" and say to yourself, "I'll never do heroin?" I explore that topic. Also, weird TV crushes; a quick news update; saying thanks to teachers that inspired you can be awkward; and I recall a terrible turnaround similar to the Houston Rockets awful second half vs. OKC this week. MUSIC: "Somebody Loves You" Betty Who COMEDY: Brian Regan, "Baggage Claim"

075 The Jojo Show: We Work The Black Seam Together
It's a mish mash of stuff for the first pod of 2014: I talk about the weird human hypocrisy towards change, sharks that tweet, snakes in your couch, the NFL playoffs, and gym etiquette. Plus -- Audio Vault and Werid News. As always feel free to contact the show, e-mail us at email@example.com or find us on Facebook at "Jojo Girard" or on twitter @jojo1065.

073 The Jojo Show: Mr. Happy and the Robot Telemarketer
DC shows their appreciation of Santa Claus, and I rant about the problem with going to the movies. Later we talk to the self proclaimed "Happiest Man In The World" and he's from Baltimore (and no, he isn't happy because he got out). Also, the robo-telemarketer sounds that sounds frighteningly human, a Y2K survivor finds solace in "Friends" (the TV show, not real friends) and don't Bible thump if you ain't up to living up to the whole book. MUSIC: Jason Isbell "Tired of Traveling Alone"

As I recover from a stomach virus (complete with musical tribute!!), I recall a snowy story when my whole Christmas vacation lay on the line. Also: HoCo responds to a diss from Julia Louis Dreyfus, but not very well; The Little Airhorn Boy doesn't get the same, quaint response as the Little Drummer Boy; Remembering Larry Lujack and the letter from his lawyer.

Eric Newsome joins us to talk about the transformation of Vampires from scary to sparkly, Regina Spektor makes us happy with her singing and her bubbly life force, and Oreos are addictive? Jojo could have told you that years ago. All that and crazy people in Congress, too. Light it up!! NOTE: There was an editing error in the early versions of this, that had me not introducing Regina. It has been rectified, and my apologies for the jarring nature of the first version...

059 The Jojo Show: I Got The Urge For Going
Jojo expresses a desire to "ramble", whatever that means. A previously undiscovered DAT in Jojo's office gets played, it's got some weird crap on it like Al Roker reciting the "A Team" preamble and Paul Giamotti expressing his love for Lee Majors. Also -- Is Lorde racist?; What Movie freaked you out when you were a kid and why baseball is the only sport to explicitly point out "YOU BLEW IT!!!" Let's ramble on, shall we?

056 The Jojo Show: Breaking Badfinger
Jojo relishes in the season finale of "Breaking Bad" and the good things it may mean for TV. SPOILER ALERT: I do play a clip from Sunday's finale, although it doesn't give much away. While on the subject Jojo also does an ode to the band Badfinger, which was used in the final season -- another band that would have been huge if it weren't for suicide and drug use. Speaking of which, the failure of the War on Drugs has resulted in not only cheaper street drugs, but more potent ones. So remember kids, stay away from Krocodile. Also -- Songs You Never Knew Were Cover Versions and from the Jojo Files, an early look at the new language of the internet. This week's question: What weird ass diet have you tried? Did it work? Tell us about it: firstname.lastname@example.org or on twitter @jojo1065.

Comedy from Bill Burr and Dmetri Martin, the outro song is "Little Games" by The Colourist. Correction: The first Tim Gunn clip in the Audio Vault is from "Chelsea Lately", not "The View".

Antoinette Tuff may be the most appropriately named person this week, as she faced down a gunman in Atlanta. Also, from the Jojo Files, people share stories of the time they faked they were on a cell phone call to avoid real life issues.
