Episode Three brings to light the challenges of dealing with mental illness in the workplace. Enjoy my interview with author and documentary film maker Adam Lennon who despite having a mental illness has been able to find success writing and filming documentaries. 

In this episode Adam talkes about the problems with being a working mom in America and why it is so hard.  From taking time off of work and how women have to get "creative" just so they can have the time to give birth to the problems with being in the work force after giving birth. 

Episode 1 provides commentary on the importance of leadership at the top and how that is where the company culture starts. We bring to light Microsofts CEO solution to bridge the gap between men and women's pay. Hint… its not a good solution.   We also talk about Dish Network and their not so good ideas on making sure employees are on time to work.
