#5 - Jamie Mason "Most people let their lives pass by while they are making grand plans for it"
The human I am going to be deconstructing today is a vege growing, van living vegan named Jamie Mason. He runs an amazing gardening business called Energy Gardens alongside his apprentice, Warren and little dog Cooper, who you will hear running around in the background of the interview. Jamie has overcome many obstacles in his life, to me, he is the definition of the saying "Strength through adversity" Jamie adores nature, animals and the beauty of growing and eating healthy food. One other amazing fact about Jamie is that he once fasted for 61 days! He strives to conduct a fast for 108 days, called the Master Fast System. I met Jamie at the gym here in Brisbane and when we briefly spoke, everything he said resonated with my views, so I asked if he would like to be interviewed, he very kindly agreed. If you are looking to grow any food, give Jamie a call anytime, or if you have any unused land and have ever thought about urban farms (We will go into what that is) Jamie and the team would welcome hearing from you. www.energygardens.com.au www.facebook.com/energygardensbrisbane/ Instagram: @EnergyGardensBrisbane
