Episode 26: Dying and Rebirth
Welcome Everyone today's episode is a quick one, but a very perspective changing one. The concept of dying. When we think of death whats the first thing that comes to mind? This episode is structured to change that initial image into something more beautiful. Dying doesnt have to be this dark and uneasy thing. IT can be something a lot more beautiful and this is the episode to help adjust that perspective. I mentioned a book within this episode and it is called "The Unfolding Self" by Ralph Metzner really amazing book that goes into detail on this specific topic and many others. Ill warn you its a dense book but a valuable one indeed check it out at your local library if they have it. Anyways I hope you enjoy this episode and let me know what you think, okay?

Episode 24: Roles Reversed! Part 2 with Jessie Sawyers
Hey welcome back!!!! Episode 24!! I remember when I only had 3 episodes! But we are rolling along like always and am truly grateful to be able to do something of this caliber to help others and speak to some amazing people. If you guys remember a couple episodes ago I had the pleasure of interviewing an amazing guest who went by the name of Jessie Sawyers. Check that out! Part one was really amazing. Jessie had so much more things to talk about but we didn't get the chance to do that within the episode. So a day later Jessie reached out to me and invited me to come on to her show! Authenticity Mavens. I of course accepted and so I decided to strip the audio so that you my wonderful listeners can hear this episode with roles reversed! So again if you haven't gotten the chance to know who Jessie is she is an internationally acclaimed artist, coach, and educator, and the CEO of Getting Unlocked, a company aimed at rewiring our collective consciousness to embrace differences instead of fear them. She is the creator of Inner Power Unlocked: The Self-Image Expansion Training Modality. Hope you guys enjoy this episode of Jessie and I roles reversed! Episode 23: Stand for What You Believe In with Elijah Miles
Welcome back my listeners! What an amazing episode that i have for you guys today. Today i have guest Elijah Miles Founder and Leader of the Tendea Family. A society of Black people building more through business creation, afrocentric education, community service & moral development. I've been catching a glimps of Elijah here and there from an old high school friend of mine who would post a lot of what he preaches about. And I've always wanted to get the chance to have a chat with him and so i decided to reach out to make this happen. I'm so glad i did because Elijah gave me so much insight in the power of the community. Growing up in a place like Baltimore City where many people associate it with violence and crime, most people dream of leaving the city or "the hood". But Elijah believes in order to be a real success, it is to give back to your community and help create an environment that is more welcoming and supporting the black community for what they truly stand for. Guys i had a blast on my talk with Elijah, and I hope you all enjoy this episode. Episode 14: Become the Super Hero of your Story With Hernz Laguerre Jr.
Episode 14! Another great conversation with one of my oldest friend Hernz Laguerre Jr. I've known Hernz since i was in first grade. We went through practically our whole early childhood in the same schools together. From frist grade til graduating highschool. I'm great friends with Hernz mainly because of his persona and how he carries himself. He cares deeply about others and has a vibe to him that you can easily get drawn to after a second of meeting him. He has the charisma of no one other and was glad to be able to have him on the show. Hernz entered the Media world in the categories such as film, videography, photography, and broadcasting. He's a huge fan of super heros as you'll learn more about in this episode and how much of a huge impact they play in his life. I couldn't tell you how much this guy loves stories, especially great ones. We dive in to a lot of topics, one being what his internal battles are and what he does to become aware of them as well as over come them. Plus many more to make this awesome conversation as great as it was. I hope you all enjoy this episode with my old pal. Hernz Laguerre Jr. Did you know he is one out of 3 Hernzs' in the world? Neither did I... Enjoy this episode!

Episode 11: Life is Like Mountain Bike Ridding
I want to Dedicate this episode to my cousin Jemima. Rest in Peace June 15, 1987 - February 24th 2019. Jem was my role model. She was someone i looked up to. Someone i aspired to have characteristics like. she will be missed and forever loved. This episode is for her. Wanted to take a new approach and a new form of bringing perspective into light by adding a new segment to the show called "Life is Like" and this episode was inspired by my trip going to Florida to get away from New York and visit family and take a quick spontaneous vacation. First time in my life where I've gone mountain bike ridding with my cousins and it was so amazing that it struck an idea to create an episode and this new segment to the show. I really hope you guys enjoy it!

Episode 10: Scripting your Life with Shawn Boursiquot
Celebrating my 10th episode with the biggest puzzle piece that has been a part of who I am today. My neighbor, my friend, my brother, Shawn Boursiquot. Shawn has been probably THE biggest influence to me from my social circle when i was young. His passion is admirable, his work ethic is outstanding, and his grind and hunger for what he wants in life is something i definitely picked up at such a young age. Shawn found his love with the Pen. The power of words peaked his interest and awakened his gift. Hip-Hop was his first branch from expressing this new found gift. This was where i knew this kid was on to something, He went on to produce some really good tracks which we talk about in this episode. Was only able to find the one track: Til Infinity - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tP-TJzeT-BE&pbjreload=10 Simple enough he continued to grow and went on to poetry a and crafting stories, to eventually find his new place with screen writting. Honeslty one of my favorite episodes by far. We talk about a lot of things from his journey to his internal battles, to our regular talks as we sip some wine. Enjoy this episode with my best friend Shawn.

Episode 9: Listening to The Noise Above Interview with Tirelle Barron
Another piece of who I am today. My guest today is a childhood friend, Tirelle Barron. Musician, Artist, and Producer. Tirrelle also known as TheNoiseAbove, carries a very unique asethetic with his character. His art and what he does is the wepitome of passion and hardwork. Noise creates his art through music. But he wears many hats. Not only does he work on creating lyrics that touch the pure intellect of ones mind, but also produces his music which he calls a collection of "noise" put together sonically that honestly a new sound that he claims, no one is ready for. Tirrelle makes sure he is a part of everything that goes into his craft. True art. His work ethic and creative soul is one to admire. We talk about his love for music and how it grew. But we also dive deep into what struggles he faces in the world within. As a creator we face this inner critic that appears when we are vulnerable and exposed. Tune in to find out what his are. Episode 7: Developing your Eye, Interview with Photographer/Videographer Gian Carlos
Episode 7 is here! Super excited to release this episode with my good friend Gian Carlos. Gian is someone who I met through a mutual friend and immediately after getting to know Gian, I knew he was on a quest that he was proud of. Gian specializes in Photography and Videography and has had this burning passion from watching some of the greatest movies like Titanic and Legally Blind. At a young age hes found this love and passion for film making as well as photography. He calls himself a "Creative" which really peaked my interest thought it was an awesome description of himself. This conversation goes in-depth on his journey and some of the amazing things hes done along the way. He's gone through it and loves every bit of it. But this doesn't mean he doesn't or has not had any internal battles along the way. We discuss a lot of the internal conflicts hes gone through as wall as how he goes about seizing them. We are all "Creatives" we have the ability to "Develop Our Eye". You'll see what that means within this episode. My second interview with a great friend, and I hope you guys enjoy this episode!! #Episode7
